HUGE 3 bedroom condo. Come enjoy our bright and beautiful unit! Amazing views from almost every room & ceiling to floor glass sliding doors. Located in the best resort in town: Las Palomas Resort on the NEW Phase 2 that is really close to the ocean.
It contains modern kitchen with granite counter-tops, full size appliances including washer/dryer & huge breakfast bar.
This is the BIGGEST FLOOR PLAN & CONDO in the entire resort. We are very fortune to have an END UNIT with a wrap-around patio deck.
This large patio has plenty of seating for a relaxing getaway.
More than 20 pools & 6 jaccuzi’s, 2 lazy rivers, 2 restaurants, 2 pool bars & a really nice gym!
This unit has 2 MASTER SUITES both with full baths - tub and shower in each one & a 3rd guest bathroom with shower.
This amazing unit can be rented as a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom & 1 bedroom also. There are 2 main doors to enter the condo.
Can hold up to 8 guests & you can add one more guests for only $40 extra per night.
We have everything you need to have an amazing time with your friends and family. We have a dinning table for 6 and a 8 more bars stools on the kitchen counter. All of our reservations are made as a guest of the owner and we have CASAGO VACATION RENTALS as our customer service provider and maintanence team.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY BEFORE READING!

Managed by Casago (3rd Party Property Management Company) not Las Palomas. This means no housekeeping services for the duration of the stay, no pool towels, no wristbands for the pool bar, and you do not check-in at the hotel.We were never sent a welcome letter regarding any of this information. Check-in is at an offsite office. We found this out after standing in line for 30 minutes at Las Palomas and being told we do not have a reservation. After contacting the owner, we had to pack up six kids and two cars to drive back into town for check in. The hotel staff cannot help with any issues or repairs. Our shower did not drain, dishwasher doesn't work (I ran it twice), the toilets ran or didn't flush, we had zero trash bags, the sliding glass door seals are sun rotted and the wind screams though the cracks.The one time I spoke with the owner he told us to make sure to get a good number for Casago incase we need anything. I called Casago repeatedly for things and they never stopped by for repairs or with trash bags.Hopefully the owner updates the listing to explain what Casago Management is and takes the time to make the much needed repairs.There are better maintained rentals for the same price. I suggest renting one of those for peace of mind.

Great owner and nice property

Ivan responds very quickly to any requests. A few things in the unit need repairing but otherwise it has tons of kitchen supplies and space. Everything was comfortable. Check in was not at the resort but at Casago. Not that big of a deal since those folks are super nice. Overall we love staying at Las Palomas and this unit definitely provided everything we needed!

Paradise in Rocky Point

We traveled with 3 adults and 3 teenagers and this amazing condo was the perfect fit! It’s HUGE and the views, accommodations and layout are ideal for a large group. The owner is incredible to work with from local tips (yeah to new restaurants we’d never been to and loved) to being very easy to communicate with, he was awesome! We’ve been to Las Paloma’s before but this was next level…highly recommend!

Beautiful place but no hot water :(

I have nothing to say about the property or the manager, but not having hot water for shower and bath with young children was a big frustration for us. The manager sent a family member to fix it, but it ended up in a big leak inside the laundry, and still no hot water. And no, it is not because we were taking shower one after the other, it did not work from shower number 1... This is an issue, and for the price we paid, and the quality of the rental, we expected to have a fully functional place, or at least some kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

Great Stay

Have always been a fan of Las Palomas and Ivan was a great host. Great communication before the check-in process so there were no issues or questions about how to get checked in. The condo is super clean - a few repairs could have improved the stay (like the patio door handle mentioned in a previous review) but overall it was a nice place.

Excellent stay!

We had booked this property the day before check-in. We got lucky and the pictures don’t do this property justice. Its location at Las Palomas is definitely the most desirable location for enjoying all amenities for a great stay at Rocky Point. We felt very safe. You would never get tired of the pools and the lazy rivers! The view was so great! The beach was so fun for our kids to run around and look for seashells. No rocks at all! We had a little hiccup with the room service the first night, but learned our lesson to bring our own food for dinner when we get there. The air conditioning was so inviting every time we walked back into our room! It smelled amazing every time we walked in. We had a little bit of trouble closing the sliding doors to the balcony, so we didn’t use it. We used another door from the other bedroom. None of that would keep us from staying again though! It was very clean, and had enough warm water for showers of a 7 person family, and the wifi was an awesome perk! A few suggestions would be to update the bedding and towels. Make them all white. It was clean and comfortable, but felt a little like we were in someone else’s home. Being able to bleach towels and bedding would be helpful. One of the towels did not smell great while washing our faces. Again, not something that would keep me from booking again though. Providing dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent would be a very nice touch as well. Also, providing beach towels and charging only if they’re lost or stolen would also be very helpful. We luckily drove and read that we needed them, but if we hadn’t driven or read about beach towels, that would have been a big downer. Overall, it was a very comfortable and nice stay in a very desirable location!! We had a great family vacation because of this Vrbo!

Amazing stay!!!

This place is amazing! Breath taking views! Beds were comfortable and very restful. Definitely staying here again! Ivan was very helpful and walked me through the process and answered every question when he didn’t have to.

Weekend getaway

Communication with Ivan was amazing! He gave very detailed instructions that made check in super easy. The unit itself was very well equipped and had everything you would need for any stay. Seriously, can’t wait to go back!
