There is a large modern galley style kitchen that is equipped with all necessary cooking supplies, ready for you to whip up your own culinary delights. If wining an dining is what you’ve come down south for, then take a short drive to one of many fantastic dining options at a local award winning winery.
The living area is light and bright with high windows to catch the sun light throughout the day. There is a wood fireplace to enjoy through winter.
The house is on a battleaxe block, built well back on the large block off a small cul-de-sac street that leads straight to the beach. The yard is great with room on the lawn for the kids to play, while being private and peaceful surrounded by native shrubs and a large fig tree.
