- Signature of the rental agreement and a security deposit hold* of $200 on a credit card are required to confirm the reservation. Deposit will be held 3 days before check in and released 7 days after checkout.
- The guest making the reservation must be over 25 yo. We might request proof of age.
- No tampering with cameras or security devices;
- Early check in and late checkout requests have to be agreed upon ahead of time.

-We allow up to well behaved 2 dogs. $100/pet
-Dogs must be kept on a leash when not inside.
-Dogs are always to be supervised. If left unattended at the property, they must be in a crate.
-Please pick up after your dogs. Poop bags are provided.
-We trust that dog families will be considerate of our home and neighbors so that we can continue welcoming dogs moving forward
-Pet food/water bowls, dog towels/blankets are available
-Pets are not allowed on the furniture without a pet blanket
-Please do not bring pets if we haven't discussed it prior to your trip. There will be a $200 fine if unexpected additional cleaning is required.
