This is a spacious and light property based on the ground floor of the building, and has been fully equipped to enable a self catering stay from one night to several months. With fast broadband and smart TVS the property enables a mix of stays to include leisure guests and people working in the city who are seeking a comfortable safe place to stay near a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops with the local cinema being a short five minute stroll away .

Once a thriving naval victualling yard, the Royal William Yard is now a beautifully restored historic site. Immerse yourself in the rich maritime history as you wander around and marvel at the architectural splendour that has various restaurants and bars within
Access is via the main front door of the building and is down a couple of stairs where you will see the apartment door in front of you

This property is perfectly situated just a few feet outside the main entrance to the historic Royal William Yard, with its plethora of bars and restaurants. There is a wonderful well re-knowned cafe adjacent to the property for those wanting to enjoy the reshly made delicacies on offer

This is a strictly no smoking property, with no parties allowed, and we operate a zero tolerance policy regards to drug use of any kind
