The office personnel were very helpful. The lady cleaning in the parking garage. Was always working and kept it looking nice. We like the location and the condo. Our only complaint is the kids room and master bath shower. Could have been a little cleaner. But enjoyed our stay!

The property was awesome and had a ton to do. Great location. I wish the condo itself was cleaner. The bathrooms could use a refresh- the sealant around the tubs and showers were mildewing and moldy.

This was absolutely the worst condo I have ever stayed in EVER!!!! It was definitely not clean. Mildew everywhere. Drains wouldn’t drain. Lamps wouldn’t work. The oder from the washing machine would horrible. Carpet nasty. Dust on everything. When I called them they said they would send someone to come. First of all we had just got our personal belongings in it and we had to leave for Dollywood and it would take days to clean all of it. We were leaving next morning. I told them it should have been cleaned before I got there. I was so disappointed. I would advise anyone don’t stay here unless they clean all the mildew…clean carpet…lamps that work. Do something about washing machine. Fix drains in showers and sinks…clean it!!!!!!

Aunt Bug was very responsive and communicated above and beyond with us. The only issue we had is that the cleaning company they hire only spot cleans. They didn't dust at all and the carpet and curtains needed a deep clean. I left a separate review for the resort on Yelp because their wrong doings have nothing to do with Aunt Bug.

Was a wonderful stay for my kiddos 15th bday. Wish we had more time to explore and enjoy the resort but definitely will come back. We did hatfield mccoy dinner show, shopping, and dollywood. We had some cake and gifts at the condo.

The building and facilities were nice. The condo had a beautiful view and suitable amenities however the sheets/blankets and curtains were dirty and had not been cleaned, the master shower floor could have been cleaned/updated, the fridge was leaking water on the floor and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable.
