Located a short 1km from the ever so popular, Victoria Park cafe/restaurant strip, you'll be split for choice with grocery stores, fast food outlets, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes, etc.

Boasting Samsung fridge/freezer with water dispenser, gas cooktop, electric oven, Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk frother, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, toaster & microwave.
- Beautiful open plan dining & living space with jarrah floorboards. Boasting a gorgeous marble look dining table with 6 leather dining chairs.

- Noise Monitoring Device: This property has a noise monitoring device that management checks regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.
- Stairs: the outdoor decking has stairs that take you from the decking level to the backyard ground level as indicated in listing photos. • BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded. • SECURITY CAMERAS: Some of our properties are equipped with external security cameras, which are regularly monitored by management. To know if a property is equipped with cameras, please refer to the listing description. Please note that if these cameras are tampered with in any way, your booking will be immediately cancelled, you will be required to vacate the property, and no refunds will be provided. • NOISE MONITORING DEVICE: Some of our properties are equipped with noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details. • LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Unfortunately we don’t offer late check-outs.
