Welcome to CurrenSea! You’re sure to have a great vacation staying at this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located on Perdido Key Drive! This unit has been completely refurbished and updated. This two level unit is located directly across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! You will have access to the beach via a short walk over a boardwalk. Relax in paradise in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse unit. You will have water views from the front balcony as well as from the living area. Rest up after a long day at the beach in the comfortable living room where there is ample seating on the sectional sofa (queen sleeper sofa). The kitchen/dining area features a dining table and kitchen bar with room to seat 8. The kitchen is well stocked and has stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you will need to prepare fabulous meals!

This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental & access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your door access code. Please note, one car is included in the initial price. One additional car can be added for an additional parking pass fee of $50.00, which will need to be requested after you book.

The master bedroom has a California king bed with comfortable bedding, flat screen tv, and access to a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Both of the guest bedrooms are located on the lower level, please note there is a spiral staircase that takes you down to the lower level or you can access through an outside door on the ground floor. One of the guest bedrooms has a king bed and flat screen tv. The second bedroom has a full bed.

The star of this unit are the balconies, there are 3 total. All are furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. The front balcony has seating for 4 and has gulf views. The second balcony off of the master bedroom overlooks the community pool and has sweeping nature views. The third balcony is on the lower level and also has sweeping nature views. You can view stunning sunsets from the balconies. In the garage area you will find a full size washer and dryer. Conveniently located within a 5 minute drive of the shops and restaurants in Perdido Key, This unit is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing getaway!

Spring Break trip

I feel like the property listing purpously attempted to hide certain details of the property. In order to get from the first floor to the second floor of the property you can either take a very little, metal spiral staircase, or you can go outside and walk up the outdoor steps for the whole complex. My elderly mother in law was unable to climb the stairs inside so every time she wanted to go upstairs she had to go outside and walk up the outside steps. The first day we were here the handle to the Bathtub upstairs fell off in my hand, luckily my husband used to be a plumber so he just immediatly fixed it. The peel and stick flooring in the front room is loose in several places and sides back and forth when you walk. There was no dust pan available so I just used a piece of cardboard everytime I swept. The vacuum in the closet was filthy when I pulled it out to sweep the rug, and it was full of dirt from previous vacuuming. We also were not informed that they were going to be doing construction in the parking lot for 2 days during our stay so we were asked both days in the morning to move our car so they could pour and smooth gravel. We have young children so we are up early and it wasn't a horrible inconvenience for us but had we liked to sleep in on vacation that would have been very aggravating especially without knowing up front. Great location, easy breezy family friendly

This spot is great for a family. As other reviews have noted extra attention should be taken with the spiral staircase connecting the downstairs bedrooms to the upstairs space. The floor planks have some separation issues as if they were not installed correctly. Kitchen needs some updating. But it's a good spot for the location and easy walk to the beach.

Great stay overall

We enjoyed our time here! Owners were quick to respond when I contacted them, and the space was very clean! However, there is a steep and narrow spiral staircase that was not mentioned in the description or included in photos, and it is required to get to 2 of the 3 rooms in the unit, so be aware of that. This was disappointing because a few of us were hesitant to climb them, and it would have probably been a deal breaker when we booked initially just because of personal preference.

Good for the Price

There are some good and bad things about the property. I was caught off guard by some issues. Good: The beach was easy to get to and the property manager was easy to contact. The price was good for the area and the 3 bedrooms were a good size. It’s a smaller property so there was no fighting over parking or long walks carrying all of your stuff. If you’re just looking for a place to stay while you go to the beach all day this place fits the bill. The beds were all comfortable which is a bonus because a lot of condo rentals usually have the cheapest most uncomfortable mattresses. Bad: 2 of the bedrooms were on the ground floor and the only to get from them to the main living area was either walk outside to the front steps up to the main entry or use a very small spiral staircase that was hard to carry things up and down. If you don’t like heights or ladders it might be an issue. There was new vinyl flooring on the main level but it was poorly installed and the planks moved around exposing the seams. The kitchen is very small, and is hard to prepare a meal in. They didn’t have a cabinet for plates so the plates and bowls were on a rolling bar cart. The community is mostly full time retirees who aren’t very welcoming to renters. We got dirty looks and one woman came out and closed the pool while my kids swam in the middle of the day. One other issue was that water was shut off one morning while we were in the middle of getting ready but it was back on within a few hours.

Spring Break 2024

This condo is in a great location! It is right across the street from the beach with dedicated beach access via a boardwalk. It was perfect for our family of four, very clean and was located in an area that was not packed full of people. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and check in and check out was super simple.

Great vacation!!

We stayed a week with our family and truly had a wonderful time!! Great location and just across the road from beach access. We had a small ordeal with a toilet and the owners were quick to fix the issue. My only suggestion is a taller shelf to use for a pantry. Would stay again!! 😊

Our home was just what it had listed and more, it had chairs, umbrellas, wagon, bikes, grill and a few more things for you to use for the beach! Very nice, quiet community. Our family loved it!

Perdido Key Beach

Everything about this place was perfect. It was convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We stayed here as our big family vacation and made special memories. I recommend anyone looking for a place in Perdido Key to stay here.

Great beach condo!

Would definitely recommend and visit again during future trips! Everything was very clean and well furnished. Great bar height table and counter area for eating and hanging out. Bedrooms were spacious with nice beds. Garage area to store all the beach gear with access to ground level.
