The location was perfect for days skiing at Park City. The condo was just as described. Looks like they may have put in brand new carpet in the bedrooms since they took the rental photos. We would happily stay here again.

This is a very comfortable and well equipped vacation rental. It has obviously been remodeled and was very well done. Very comfortable furniture right down to the barstools. Beds are also excellent. Nice extra touches like a spice drawer and both a keurig and drip coffee maker. We found the location very quiet. And we love the Kimball Junction area, many great restaurants, two Breweries, nice outdoor free concert venue on summer weekends, a world class recreation center, shutlle stops, all within a short walk. Finally, the hosts were outstanding to work with. Very responsive and bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. We have already booked a return trip!

Our daughter and fiancé live in the same complex so it was very convenient to be just around the corner from them while visiting! Bob’s place has everything you need for a great stay and just mins away from all the local attractions! The king bed is super comfortable and having two bathrooms was very helpful! Will definitely stay again when we come back to Park City!

Our family of four had a great stay here! It’s close to Canyons and Park City while being just far enough away that you’re not in downtown park city. Condo has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of sheets, towels etc. bob is a great host and we would stay here again in a heartbeat

We stayed at Bob’s place for 8 days, and could not have been more comfortable. It is even bigger than the pictures make it out to be. The kitchen was completely stocked, down to a whole drawer full of spices (check the kitchen before you go to the store, don’t make the same mistake as me!) We were able to cook dinners for up to 8 people easily with everything provided. There were 5 of us staying at Bob’s and it accommodated us perfectly. Plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus. Bob was extremely responsive and quickly got back to me whenever I messaged him. The location cannot be beat. Kimball junction has so many cute lunch spots, shopping, and nice dinner places. 10 minute drive to the mountain ensured we got first chair every day. Thank you so much Bob! Highly recommend a stay here.

We decided due to the weather to come have have a little staycation with our family as our two girls (9 & 6) took lessons at Park City. The location was only 15 minutes away even in traffic and a blizzard. Great amenities around the condo and very nice and cozy space. So happy and will look to stay there again.

Kitchen is very well equipped and organized. The Kimball Junction location was good — away from the Main St congestion. The Redstone Center has restaurants and everything you need a few steps away.

This place is great! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a perfect size for our family of four. We loved walking to get coffee in the morning and along the endless trails in the evening! We travel a lot and stay at a lot of Short Term Rentals and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It’s also located in close proximity to many restaurants and shops. The condo is close to all Park City attractions, resorts and trailheads. The only thing to be aware of is the limited parking. I would plan on having room for only one SUV or similar or possibly two compact cars. The hosts also do not charge outrageous fees like some others do. Many similar properties charge more in fees than the actual stay. I would definitely book again.
