Great Park Avenue Condo

Overall our stay was good. The bedrooms and bathrooms set up nicely. Great Kitchen and dining area. The complex is right on Bus Path, so easy to get to Deer Valley and Park City resorts and close enough to walk to Town Lift. Only negative was the TV ‘s are nice but no instructions on how to use or what’s available. The other unit we rented in this complex was very clear

Lovely, convenient, condo!

3 couples enjoyed the beautiful condo, with a great location! Nice beds, plenty of towels and we’ll equipped kitchen! Having a garage was super helpful since we had several feet of snow! Thank you!

Great Location

Comfy and clean condo in great location. The most comfortable chair ever in the living room. Great communication with property manager. Bus stop a half block away, and just a few blocks to town and ski lift. Great kitchen and dining area for 6 people. Only downsides (and I'm being nitpicky) - TV blinks in and out every few minutes; beds are a bit too soft; there's no walkway to access Park Ave from rear unit; the stairway and entrances are really narrow.

Comfortable and conveniently located. Property manager was very responsive to one issue. Overall, a great place to stay close to lift and town.
