    Enjoy staying in the heart of the 15th arrondissement with this stylish 1-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



    The Space:

    Welcome to this stylish 57 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Avenue de Suffren in the heart of the 15th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



    Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has a full bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub; the toilet is in a separate water closet.



    The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has central heating throughout the cooler months.

    Good to know before you book



    Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



    Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



    Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



    Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



    Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



    Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



    Guest Access:

    The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



    The Neighborhood:

    The 15th arrondissement is a large, calm, and genuinely residential neighbourhood on the Left Bank. It’s the most populous arrondissement in Paris but retains an unhurried, village-like feel. The Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars are easily reachable on foot, as is the Seine. The neighbourhood is well served by metro, with excellent local markets, neighbourhood restaurants, and parks — making it ideal for those who want a quieter base while staying within easy reach of all the major sights.

    Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

The most wonderful thing to go to sleep and wake up to the beautiful Eiffel Tower! Place was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Good location, fast responses from host. We had the best stay. Would want to stay here again!

We loved our stay at this apartment! The view was great and the accommodations are exactly as described. Comfortable beds, multiple pillows, full kitchen and spacious for our family of 4 adults. Just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine (batobus) and a convenient stop for the hop on hop off. Lots of nice restaurants with terraces, we felt very safe in this neighbourhood. The building of the apartment can only be accessed by people who have the fob to get in, so it is secure and there is no noisy hallways. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall this was our worst experience in international travel!! Paris was going through a record heat wave during the stay and I requested the host and the property manager several times before I checked in and during my stay, to provide some decent fans. They provided a fan which did not work and turned a blind eye to my requests to get working fans. We were left searing and sweating in 40 degree heat (over 100 F) and my daughter fell sick. We also checked out 3 nights early and had to find another hotel for ourselves. The check-in process was cumbersome too! Our dream vacation turned into a disaster.

There is no air conditioning at all, and only one small fan. I contacted customer service, and they told me to sleep with the windows open. However, if I open the windows, it’s very noisy at night, and if I close them, it feels like a sauna, so it’s very hot and difficult to sleep.

The property is quite beautiful especially the view of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood, building and room were both lovely as well. Our disappointment was that the description said pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this. There is no access to the pool, particularly disappointing because of the record heat. It should probably be removed from the amenities.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely perfec. A 10/10 experience! It exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. The space was incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a spacious shared living area and kitchen that made it feel like home.The view? Absolutely breathtaking! We found ourselves constantly admiring it. Having access to a washing machine was such a helpful bonus during our trip, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short walk to the metro and the Eiffel Tower, with fantastic restaurants right around the corner.I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting Paris and want the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and charm, this is the spot!

La ubicación del apartamento es magnífica, al lado de Camp de Mars y la Torre Eiffel. El check-ing correcto (a las 15 horas, aunque se había solicitado check-ing antes de esa hora). Por cierto que llegamos a las 15:25 horas y tuvimos que esperar porque todavía estaban limpiando.Una sugerencia: por favor, incorporen en el ajuar de cocina cuchillos afilados y que corten (ninguno resultaba útil).

La experiencia en este hospedaje fue extremadamente decepcionante desde el primer momento. El check-in fue un completo desastre. Habíamos dejado claramente informado que llegaríamos pasada la medianoche y, aun así, no hubo absolutamente nadie para entregar las llaves. Llegamos bajo la lluvia, con mis dos hijas pequeñas —una bebé de 2 años y mi hija mayor celebrando justamente su cumpleaños número 4 ese mismo día— y nos vimos abandonadas en plena madrugada sin ninguna solución por parte del anfitrión ni de su equipo.Intentamos comunicarnos por llamadas y mensajes en múltiples ocasiones y jamás recibimos respuesta. Debido a esto, tuvimos que asumir gastos inesperados y buscar otro hotel de emergencia a esa hora de la noche. No pudimos entrar al departamento hasta la mañana siguiente. La falta de responsabilidad y de empatía fue inaceptable.Además, al finalmente ingresar al alojamiento, encontramos el departamento con polvo y sin lo más esencial para una llegada cómoda después de un viaje tan complicado. Sin embargo, sinceramente, la experiencia tan desagradable y estresante del check-in hizo que los demás problemas de la propiedad pasaran a segundo plano.Lo único positivo del hospedaje es que el departamento es espacioso, tiene buena ubicación y se puede contemplar la Torre Eiffel desde el lugar. Pero lamentablemente eso no compensa la falta total de responsabilidad, comunicación y atención por parte del anfitrión y su equipo de trabajo.

The apartment itself matched the listing and the location was great, but the overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. The check-in process was complicated. We were required to go to a local laundromat to retrieve the key from an electronic lockbox, which is inconvenient under any circumstances and would be especially problematic if a flight is delayed, since arrivals after 9pm incur an additional fee. Once inside the building, directions to the unit were unclear. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly prepared for our stay. The sofa bed was not made despite our reservation being for two adults and two children, which was frustrating after more than 20 hours of travel. Basic supplies were also inadequate for a six-day stay. There was only half a roll of toilet paper, no garbage bags provided, and no dish towel. Additionally, the sofa bed is in the main living area and there were no curtains or shades on the kitchen window, making the space very bright at night. The biggest issue was the handling of the large deposit. We were told it would be returned within 14 days, but by day 18 it had still not been refunded. Only after reaching out a third time was the deposit finally processed. This lack of follow thru and need for repeated prompting is unacceptable and suggests the process is not handled reliably. While the unit itself was as described, the poor check-in experience, lack of basic amenities, and issues with the deposit detracted from our stay

Such a great deal

We had the most amazing stay at this apartment, and honestly, it exceeded all of our expectations. What really stood out to us was how convenient everything was. The location is ideal—super close to cafes, shops, and even a supermarket right around the corner. There’s also a bakery across the street that we visited every morning for fresh croissants (a perfect start to the day!). We loved that we could walk to major attractions, the Seine, but at the same time, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—just the right balance. Just steps from Champ de Mars, we woke up every morning with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower—right from our bedroom window. It felt like something out of a dream, and we couldn’t get enough of it. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from our window was absolutely magical. The apartment itself was perfect for us—cozy, clean, and well-maintained. It’s in a charming building with friendly neighbors, and it was just the right size for a couple. The decor is simple and stylish, and everything was exactly like the photos. It felt like a true home away from home, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time in Paris. The host was wonderful and made everything so easy for us. They were incredibly responsive, answering all our questions and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The fast Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, especially for planning our days and keeping in touch with family back home. To be honest, we were a bit nervous about the damage depos
