The Space:

Discover this superb apartment of over 60m², combining Parisian elegance and modern comfort. Bright and carefully furnished, it offers the ideal setting for an unforgettable stay in the heart of Paris. It is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and secure residence with an elevator and a view of the courtyard.

IMPORTANT: The building’s elevator is currently out of service for an undetermined period. This situation is managed by the building’s co-ownership and is beyond our control. We inform all guests of this before booking. No rate adjustments or compensation requests related to this temporary unavailability can be accepted.



The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged as follows:

• The elegantly furnished bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) each have generous storage space and a Smart TV for peaceful nights and optimal comfort. Each bedroom also has its own private bathroom with shower and all the necessary amenities (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and towels of all sizes).

Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and bath mats are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A laundry area: it contains a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.

• A fully equipped open kitchen with quality appliances: oven, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher.

You will also find all the utensils, pots, and pans you need to prepare a Parisian-style meal.

• A living room: this spacious, bright living area has a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, etc.), unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, and a double sofa bed.

• A dining area: a large dining table that can seat up to six people.

The Neighborhood:

You will stay in the heart of the popular 6th arrondissement, in the elegant Odéon district where Parisian life is revealed at every street corner. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find iconic cafes like Café Ladurée, Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, as well as typical restaurants such as Le Polidor and 13 au Jardin, perfect for lunch or dinner after a day of sightseeing. For your daily shopping, mini markets and grocery stores are within walking distance such as Carrefour Market, Carrefour Express and Monoprix - Boulevard Saint-Michel, ideal for bread, fruit, snacks and local products. Everything is done on foot here: the Luxembourg Gardens are 2 minutes away, the Pantheon 8 minutes away, and Notre-Dame is nearby for beautiful walks, while the Louvre is easily accessible on foot or by metro. Taxi: Approximately 40-50 minutes, estimated fare: €50-€60.

Public Transportation: Take the RER B train towards Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Transfer to Metro Line 4, towards Mairie de Montrouge, and alight at Odeon station. Approximate travel time: 60 minutes.



From Orly Airport (ORY):

Taxi: Approximately 30-40 minutes, estimated fare: €35-€45.

Public Transportation: Take the Orlyval light rail to Antony station. Transfer to RER B train, towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye, and disembark at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Switch to Metro Line 4, towards Mairie de Montrouge, and alight at Odeon station. Approximate travel time: 45-55 minutes.



From Gare du Nord Train Station

Taxi: Approximately 15-20 minutes, estimated fare: €10-€15.

Public Transportation: Take Metro Line 4, towards Mairie de Montrouge, directly to Odeon station. Approximate travel time: 15 minutes.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €500 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

the initial reception was perfunctory and minimal. no information about the flat or about the surroundings was given, as is usual in these places. we reported a non-functioning light bulb. far from dealing with it, we were given a form to fill in, which we thought ridiculous. the kitchen was not properly equipped. we had to buy cleaning materials, kitchen towel, etc, which we left there. basically this is a beautiful flat but not run carefully.

Perfect apartment for a family of 5!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Luxembourg Garden Family Flat. I was apprehensive because I never stayed in an apartment in Paris before and was unsure if the place would be too outdated or secure. However the good reviews and location (heart of Latin Quarter, walking distance to Louvre & Notre Dame, etc) and 5 min from the Odeon metro, and the fact it has an elevator (tiny but a luxury because not all buildings do here) made me decide to choose the place. I was very pleased with the place and believe the listing and pictures honestly describe the space. The building is old but charming, updated, clean and very secure (codes to get into the courtyard, then the actual building). Check-in was smooth, communicative was excellent and the windows face a courtyard so it’s very quiet. I used the washer a few times which was helpful and though there is no dryer the spin cycle spins for a long time and you can dry your clothes on the heated dryer racks for an hour which is fine. We didn’t use the kitchen at all but it has all the things, My only suggestions for the owners is a few hooks in the bathrooms (on the door or wall) to put your clothes or towels on. There is a heated drying rack but you can only put so much on there.All in all I recommend this place if you’re looking for your own private space in best location for visiting Paris! You can trust the listing details to be accurate!

Great location/Apartment is worn and understocked

The Apartment is pleasant and the location is terrific. Very comfortable beds and great showers. It was clean. But key items that we paid for were missing. There are no bowls in the kitchen. There were three mismatched wine glasses but no more. No pepper and no cloth or paper napkins. There were no additional garbage bags for the garbage can in the kitchen and no waste bins in the bathrooms. There was no extra toilet paper — a big oversight. The only dresser for clothes in the apartment had a broken drawer that would not stay closed. The soap provided in the bathroom is postage stamp size and smaller than provided in the cheapest roadside motel. Paint is peeling on the walls. The apartment needs an update and it needs to be stocked with the full kitchen and basic items promised in the description

Do not rent from this property. They said they will return your security deposit with 14 days after check out. It is now more than one month after check out yet I still have not received my security deposit refund despite contacting them more than 10 times. They just respond with the same canned answer that "they will look into it."

Solid place with good location

Enjoyed the property and the location was nice for walking to metro, places nearby (some of the sites, etc.). Nice layout to have bedrooms on 2 sides. Kitchen usable for most basic things. Minor concern in that laundry dryer didn't work and spent multiple attempts to get help/resolution without full response and help, so had to air dry a bunch of laundry. Overall enjoyed the property and would recommend for those needing 2 BR like this.

Good stay

Hi,Some of the reasons why we choose VRBO instead of a hotel is to have a kitchen and laundry and a place to relax as a family. Not having the dryer was a big inconvenience. And then the dishwasher started leaking. The rest of the place was great. Check in with Everaldo was very smooth. And the location was excellent. You need to fix those two issues or at least tell your next guest they are not working. Also the drawers in the master bedroom need to be changed. Staying there for a week and having broken drawers was quite a nuisance.

First time staying with Holidays property

Overall good experience, apt is as described. We really liked the location. We weren't in the apt much, out enjoying Paris, so only to sleep and shower. We didn't cook and ate out deliciously (highly recommend Bistro des Poèmes, newly opened next door, amazing!). Suggestions: an extra set of keys is helpful when traveling with 4 people, a roll of paper towel is helpful, some xtra toilet paper for guests staying a whole week and a cleaning sponge to hand wash a few glasses (but supermarket very close by so we picked it up). Also, a cutting board and a sharp bread knife would be super helpful for the delicious baguettes and cheeses we picked up. Also, this is the first time in all our travels where there was no luggage storage for early arrival flights, so we used their recommended service "Luggage Hero" to store our luggage for a few hours. It was easy to reserve but just an added logistics to coordinate and added cost for travelers. Overall, good experience.

Not so luxurious

First I will start with the pros; the apartment is in a good location with a lot of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. That’s where the pros end, unfortunately. We were so excited to stay here based on the listing but there were issues from the very beginning.Upon checking in we realized that the bathroom in one of the bedrooms only contained a shower and sink and the toilet was actually located outside the room in the laundry room. This was something that we were trying to avoid and were very disappointed in the inaccuracy of the listing. The other bathroom had a shower head that was leaking. When we contacted the host, we were told a plumber would be coming to the apartment to fix it. Whether or not that actually happened, I’m not sure because we were not waiting around but the problem was never resolved during our stay. While the apartment is equipped with a kitchen, that is where the amenities stopped. There were no coffee pods, no salt, pepper or any other basic kitchen necessities that would come with a VRBO including dishwasher pods or a sponge or some sort of dishcloth to wash dishes. No tissues or extra toilet paper, very basic necessities only. Also, the property kept my deposit after I was told it would be returned to me 8-14 days after I checked out (there was no damage to anything) When I contacted the property to ask about it I never received a response.I would not recommend staying at this property.

Nice property, difficulties with communications

This property has an excellent location. Its kitchen set up is extremely modest. Its common area and bedrooms are quite nice. We had trouble in communications with the organizational host and the host that let us in to the property. Overall, the property and location combined to make our stay a nice one.

Great apartment need some a few more items

By Paris standards apartment is huge and very clean and comfy however needed a few items like pepper salt a few coffee pods or a cafeteria and also the communication was difficult via 2 subletting agents who wanted deposits which isn’t in the Vrbo description and extending stay and communication with agent not the check in person was not easy but location wonderful- FYI look out for the kettle lid which is loose and fell off burning my hand badly

Great apartment, great location

This was an amazing place to stay. I stayed there for 3 days/2 nights with teenagers for a quick getaway to Paris. The location is great—close to Luxembourg garden for a picnic, lots of great restaurants, close to Blvd. Saint Germain. The apartment itself was perfect. The two bedrooms and 2.5 baths were perfect for our group. The kitchen had what we needed to eat breakfasts at home and there was a nice-sized fridge. The entry process felt very secure with a code to a street door that opened into a courtyard and then a separate key fob to the actual building and a physical key to the apartment. Just an FYI that the elevator is cute but tiny and fits only one person with a medium suitcase or three thin people without suitcases but would not be comfortable for a big person or a claustrophobic person. We took ourselves and our suitcases each up one at a time, which was pretty entertaining and added to the ambiance! I would definitely want to stay here in the future.
