This refined 110 m² apartment is located on the third floor, with elevator, of a modern building, in one of the most elegant area of Paris, the Trocadéro.

It opens onto a modern and spacious living room tastefully decorated.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to offer you a comfortable stay that feels like home.
A central island completes this kitchen designed to be functional and comfortable.

The dining area invites you to share a beautiful moment of conviviality around a magnificent table with chairs and bench seat.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed as well as a connected TV.

The three bedrooms all benefit from hotel quality bedding, storages and smart-Tvs.

Two of them benefits from Queen-Size beds, the third bedroom is equipped with a King-size bed and its ensuite bathroom with a toilets, a shower and an hamam.

The second bathroom has a comfortable balneotherapy bathtube, and the third one a nice shower.
A separated WC is also available in the entrance (two in total in the apartment).


At the cutting edge of technology, this apartment benefits from high-speed wifi.

Location location. On spot.

King size beds, nice showers and design overall the place. You know you re in the right place everytime you walk out of the building. Bike parking right by the door. Lol. Excellent bakery around corner, and few others within few minutes. Lots of good cafes within 5 min, and a corner store close by for late snacks. Lil noisy for an hr in the morning but city life. Otherwise super quiet all day.

Disappointed

The apartment was trashed by the prior occupants and our check in was delayed, we were able to leave our luggage. The cleaning lady really needed more help because of the damages and state of the apartment. We were also inconvenienced by the fact the prior occupants had taken the keys and damaged items in the apartment, we had to wait for the repairman to come and fix things. The prior occupants smoked in the apartment and the smell was horrible our entire stay, one of our guests is pregnant, the smell was very concerning for her. We also found leftover paraphernalia from the prior occupants parties which was distributing and disgusting. We never really felt comfortable in the apartment. The location is great and the apartment looks just like the photos however it needs a complete disinfection. We realize this wasn’t the fault of the property owners but we asked for some money back to no avail. We put up with a lot and were very accommodating to their problems the prior occupants created.
