Though it is situated in a tranquil neighborhood, the house is just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast, with easy access to Seacrest Town Center and Rosemary Beach.

Seacrest Beach offers a laid-back atmosphere, with palm-lined streets, delicious dining options, and bike rentals. Explore the famous 12,000 square-foot community pool, or take the Seacrest Beach Shuttle to the nearby beach or Lagoon. Seacrest Beach Check-in Procedure: Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete the online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes.

The Neighborhood:
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coast's famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals. Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon Community Pool, which is only heated by the sun. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.

Other Things to Note:
Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction and Cancellations:

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Golf Cart/LSV (Low Speed Vehicle): Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.

Sea La Vie Indeed!!

My family (3 adults, 4 children ages 4-11) had an amazing stay at the Sea La Vie property. I would definitely stay again! Pros:The home, especially the outdoor decks!The amount of bedsThe cleanlinessThe decorThe amenities in the home (slow cooker, utensils, etc)The location!!! Close to the pool and beach, the shops nearby were perfect for our kids, a bar for the adults, shopping for everyone, ice cream, live music everynight, restaurants, we spent a ton of time thereCons:The home does not supply beach towels, so you either need to pack them or buy them down thereThe ‘private Seacrest beach access’ is extremely packed, the alternative option is that you pay 180 for 4 chairs in long rows where you can’t see the oceanBed pillows are super thin, pack your own if you need neck support!

Beautiful location and great property. The place was just what we were looking for our family of 10. Plenty of room, all the beach toys and amenities we needed. Seacrest is a great place to visit. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and outdoor patios were very relaxing and inviting.

Family Vacation, Perfect spot

The Sea La Vie was perfect. Was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Very clean. Only downside was the 3 houses being built on the street. Construction started at 7am and went until 7pm. However, they look almost complete. So future guests shouldn’t worry. Property manager was extremely responsive. Would stay here again!

Easy Beachy Girl's Trip!

We had a group of 11 women stay at this location. None of us had been to the 30A area before and we had a wonderful time. This location was easy walking distance from many restaurants and the tram pick-up for the beach was very convenient. I would highly recommend it!

Annual Florida Beach Trip

The house was beautiful, exactly as listed! The amenities in Seacrest, from the pool to the tram, make this our favorite spot in 30A. Coastal 30A was extremely easy to work with, communicating through their own app which made check in and check out instructions, Wi-Fi information and door codes easy to access. My family especially appreciated the welcome bag upon check in!

Beautiful neighborhood. Great location. Close to shops, restaurants, and community pool. Easy access to beach using free tram service. Home had nice furnishings as well as plenty of space to be together as a family. Highly recommended!

AMAZING! Best home in Seacrest!

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING! I genuinely cannot rave enough about how beautiful and convenient the home is, but also how attentive the staff at Coastal 30A Destinations is! We spent a lot of our time enjoying the rooftop deck with grill and TV. You can't beat the location of this home! We easily walked to restaurants, starbucks and shops. Will stay again!

Convenient and cute

The property was exactly as stated on the listing. Appreciated that there were more than enough towels/pillows/bikes available. It was less than 10 min walk to rosemary or Alys beach. The response time from property manager was insanely fast when we had a few questions prior to stay. We also liked there was enough room for everyone to spread out in outdoor space or living room. Definitely recommend.

Great location but hospitality issues

Property close to the front of Seacrest development which means easy access to shops and beach. Home decor was beautiful, rooms were large, 3rd floor balcony amazing but needs privacy curtains from neighbors, and king bedrooms had private bathrooms. I would recommend with caveats. Kitchen situation: plenty of plates,cutlery and pots. However if you cook and clean you need kitchen towels. There was one washcloth and one hand towel. For the amount of money spent for a week rental there should be a drawer full of kitchen towels. As well as salt and pepper shakers. We had to buy- it was annoying. A hospitality bag would be appreciated with coffee for the first day. The management company/owner or cleaning service did the bare minimum in providing bathroom soap- no liquids soap just tiny solid bar soap and the cheapest toilet paper. The laundry detergent was 2 pods for a house that advertised to sleep 11-come on! I’m sure the previous guests bought laundry detergent and had leftovers just as we did and left them as a gift for the next guests. But there was nothing. I wrote to management company and they communicated promptly that they would pass message to owner. We left unopened pantry items as a pass it forward/ renters etiquette gesture as well as many purchased spices, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and paper towels that we could not fly back. I know the cleaning service will take whatever you leave and I think that’s fine but they should leave items like I mentioned above for the next guest that spends big money to stay at Sie la vie. I’m not naive but disappointed that the items left were packed up into the cleaners personal shopping bags. I don’t mind the groceries but they should of left the paper towels, napkins, detergent and pods because the next guest needed. Pass it forward people. I know this because we stayed at the Starbucks across the street after checkout. My children wanted to say goodbye to the feral kittens across from Sie la vie and I saw the bags. My son ran up to bags thinking it was his soo I chased him down so not to scare the cleaners. That’s when I saw the contents in the bags. Bottom line: you have to stock everything that should be a staple, knowing that when you fly home it will be removed and the next guest will have to repeat the cycle. Everything we hoped for in a Beach House!

We wanted a beach getaway for our family and booking this amazing beach home was truly unbelievable! It is so spacious but also felt so cozy! The rooftop deck is the perfect spot to relax and play games as a family. The house also has everything you could need and was immaculate! We loved that it is also so close to everything!!
