This 8th floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo located at Shores of Panama offers stunning views of the gulf and resort amenities as well as a relaxing space for the family to get away. The master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom access. The unit also features a hallway bedroom nook with two twin bunks directly adjacent to the units second bathroom. The common area also features a cabinet bed with a queen mattress, which makes Shores of Panama 809 a great rent direct from owner vacation destination. This condo is located right next to the elevator bay and makes it super easy to grab the elevator, there can be some residual crowd noise being that close, so those travelers looking for a little less noise should look at our other listings on Airbnb. We manage 8 total in the Shores of Panama building.

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must register and pay for one parking pass and 6 resort bands upon arrival to the complex. 2024 cost is $90 for the stay with this South Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo. The room does feature an assigned parking spot on the 8th level of the parking garage, a pass must still be purchased to use this parking space.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
