"Experience 'La Pura Vida,' The Pure Life, in Seacrest Beach with this stunning property managed by our company. Boasting 5 bedrooms plus a bunk nook, a private pool, and breathtaking Gulf views, this residence can comfortably host up to 16 guests.

Step into a welcoming outdoor space featuring a private pool, available for heating at $50/day, and ample seating for family gatherings. The three-story window wall floods the interior with natural light, while the open concept floor plan ensures a connected atmosphere. The living room seamlessly transitions into the dining space, accommodating 8 guests. The gourmet kitchen with a large center island, stainless steel appliances, and generous storage space awaits your culinary adventures. The master bedroom, situated off the kitchen, offers a private porch and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. A washer and dryer, along with a convenient half bathroom, complete the first-floor amenities.

The second floor exudes warmth with rich-colored wood flooring and a welcoming window wall. The first guest bedroom features a king bed, private balcony, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another laundry area and a full bathroom are shared by the bunk nook and queen guest bedroom. Additionally, three queen guest bedrooms on this floor provide comfort, with two sharing a bathroom featuring dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower.

On the third floor, an open space with a kitchenette, full-sized refrigerator, sleeper sofa, and a high-top table with seating for 4 guests awaits, offering beautiful balcony views. Amazing Beach House!

We went for a bachelorette trip and had so much fun! It’s so close to the beach and the pool is amazing! The house was super clean when we entered and had more than enough space for all 11 of us. We highly recommend this place and we are looking to plan another trip soon!

The property is beautiful and all the bathrooms are perfect for a big group. The proximity to the beach is perfect. They provide lots of floats, chairs and beach toys. The only problem we had was one fan not working, no cleaning supplies and no salt and pepper.

We had a great time at the Pura Vida house! The house was perfect for the girls trip we planned, across the street from the beach and a quick drive over to Rosemary for all the shops and restaurants.

Wonderful family vacation

This property is gorgeous and the location is great. The house is clean, comfortable, and has a ton of room. The pool was awesome. We heated it for the extra money and I recommend doing that if you will be there in a time of year that you may need a heated pool. Overall, we loved the property. Our only complaint was that the hot water didn’t work very well. There were only 5 of us staying ant the house and the hot water ran out pretty quickly when we were getting ready. The water in the bathroom sinks would also not get hot in the mornings for washing faces, etc. There were also no pot holders in the kitchen for cooking and baking, which we did a lot of. If they fix those things, the place is definitely worth staying at. We love 30A and we visit almost every year. Management was very helpful and responded quickly.

Fall Break 2024

When we found this house we were almost skeptical at what we would be getting for the price, wondering if we’d get there and it not be at all like what was listed. But it was everything and then some. The location in relation to the beach could only have been better if it was literally ON the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked. The master shower was epic. We had more than enough space for all 9 of us to spread out and never feel cramped. The pool was a game changer. We absolutely will be booking La Pura Vida again if it stays avaolable for rent.
