Escape to a beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom home in the heart of Palm Springs, where modern comfort meets desert charm. This sun-soaked retreat is designed to offer a perfect balance of relaxation and style, surrounded by breathtaking views of the iconic San Jacinto Mountains.

☆ Outdoor Paradise: Step outside to your private pool and hot tub, where you can relax and soak up the desert sun or take a refreshing dip to cool off. The (optional) heated pool and spa feature side controls to adjust lights and jets while sitting in the hot tub. The outdoor space is an entertainer’s dream, featuring comfortable sun loungers, a patio for lounging, and an outdoor BBQ, perfect for grilling up dinner under the stars. For added fun, challenge your family to a game of corn hole, making unforgettable memories together.

☆ Spacious, Modern Living: Inside, this single-story home has been meticulously remodeled with modern finishes and thoughtful design. With no steps and wide spaces, it’s completely accessible and easy to navigate, ensuring that everyone in your group can enjoy the space with ease.

☆ 4 Bedrooms: The master suite offers a restful retreat with a plush king-size bed and an attached en-suite bathroom for extra privacy. The additional three bedrooms each feature comfortable queen-size beds, high-quality linens, and ample storage, including closets, hangers, and luggage racks. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, allowing guests to unwind with their favorite shows or movies after a day of desert exploration. Nightstands with stylish lamps and side tables provide convenience and comfort.
*In addition to the king bed and three queen beds, we also have an inflatable mattress and air pump available for our guests. Please let us know if you’d like to use it so we can provide extra linens.

Plus, there’s a full set of BBQ tools to make grilling a breeze. Guests can also enjoy the Ninja Slushee machine to create their favorite frozen beverages.

☆ Washer & Dryer: For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, complete with laundry pods and dryer sheets, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, pets should not be left unattended in the home and are not allowed in the pool.

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes every Tuesday and Friday morning; they come and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.

☆ Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it's natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you'd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

☆ Bachelorette Parties: Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. If you're booking for a bachelorette party and require assistance with these services, please inform us upon booking!
