My house is close to the southern side of river Wharfe in the attractive town Otely. You’ll love my place for the beautiful riverside walk along river Wharfe; cross the bridge, on the other side, it's Otley Meadow Park with a tennis court; If you prefer walking, supermarket Asda is 5 minutes away, 10 minutes to the historic town centre of Otley; for driving, 10 minutes to Chevin Forest Park; 20 minutes to Harrogate, Leeds Bradford Airport and Yorkshire Dales; 30 minutes to Leeds city centre.

Wonderful

It was perfect, the pale coloured carpet was a bit of a pain we had to leave shoes and slippers down in the hall which was not convenient and also no clocks anywhere. Parking was easy and handy, and the situation of the property was lovely right by the river and a very short walk into Otley. Overall the property is great.

Clean and convenient

We enjoyed our stay here in Otley. There are views to the River Wharfe from the front windows, and it was an easy walk into town. Everything was neat and clean. There are also a lot of steps (which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues) and the double beds are small.

Great location

The property was in a great location and the appartment was spotlessly clean and modern. The only thing we were disappointed with was the seating in the lounge which was a 2 seater and 2 casual kind of chairs which made it not as comfortable as can be. The double beds seemed to be smaller than a standard size too. I would definitely book this property again if the seating was a 3 seater or 2 x 2 seaters.

A 5 night break in Otley

I had earmarked this property as a bolt hole for enjoying this area so was pleased when it was available.The location is great 15 mins walk into Otley However the property is in need of some tlc and the double beds were 4ft wide Too small and uncomfortable The toilet in main bathroom was running and a light switch outside the downstairs loo is loose Upon our arrival the drier was still on the go and overly full It took 3 loads to dry the contents and we were still folding sheets at 10 o clock at night

Lovely house

Stayed two nights. House clean and well equipped. Generous amounts of various teas, pots of milk, and biscuits. Bathroom was supplied with plenty of towels and toiletries, and of course loo rolls. House warm and quiet, and in a lovely location. Would love to visit at a season to enjoy all the area. Very good Italian restaurant nearby.

The beds are tiny!! 4 ft wide. 3/4 size not queen as thought. We slept separately. Do not think 4 adults would be comfortable. Also only the sofa is normal adult seating- the other two chairs are 6 ins off the floor. We could not seat guests. I was unable to get answers from the owner about the bath, the heating and the TV via VRBO. Disappointing. It is very clean but souless - no art of any sort.

Absolutely perfect home to stay in!

Lucy is an impeccable host with an immaculate home!. Our stay was perfect and just the break we needed during a stressful house moving process. The house is on three levels with handy parking to the rear. Perfectly situated right on the riverside with lovely peaceful walks however is still very close to Otley town centre allowing for easy access to all the shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes or anything you might need!. The house is brand new with pristine , minimalist décor and pristine carpets and blinds. The kitchen is brand new and so clean it feels like home from home. Lucy is kind enough to leave ample croissants, cereals and lovely café Bronte biscuits. The house is equipped with everything you might ever need and everything is of very high quality and brand new. The linen and towels are supplied beautiful, crisp and white. There are lovely little touches such as The White Company toiletries which we really appreciated. There is ample wardrobe space with lovely wooden hangers. A washer and a dryer which were of massive value for us at that time!. Lucy is so helpful and very easy to contact always responding promptly to any questions. You could not ask for a better home or host to stay with in Otley everything is perfect here!. Thank you Lucy!.
