Myself my 2 adult children and there 4 children. Plenty of space to spread out. Everyone had their own privacy. Great layout of the build of the house. No space was wasted would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious and well designed Property, lovely facilities at the club house, really nice estate and great location. Property Manager and Owner were very friendly, and super responsive to any issues. Would definately look to come back if staying in Florida again.

This home is in a great neighborhood and has incredible appeal but needs to be maintained a little better. Several published amenities were not available or were broken. We provided the homeowner with a list of things that were not functional during our stay such as the internet which didn’t work for 4 out of the seven days, no pool towels, none of the TVs worked until the internet was brought back online. Master bathroom vent seems to have a broken part making it extremely loud, broken bed frame and electrical issue with lights flickering in the twin bedroom. Dryer belt has issue causing a grinding noise when in use. Toilet seat loose. Washer timer has issue and didn’t start and required us to in plug and restart several times. Again, the house has extreme potential-Our biggest disappointment was the owner didn’t offer any compensation due to these issues which made the multiple times he had to apologize seem insincere. We spent the first 30 minutes locked outside due to a non functional door code and then the next four days going upstairs and down- stairs assisting with the troubleshooting of the internet-no one wants to work while on vacation but with this house we were full time maintenance. There should be an inspection of these facilities prior to guest check-in. I hate writing non perfect reviews but I feel like if I were not detailed about these issues at this home it would not be a fair representation to all the other villas we stayed in that were great

Our stay was amazing, we truly enjoyed and appreciated all the wonderful hospitality and attentiveness that Gilberto gave us. The house had everything we needed and would require for a great family vacation. We enjoyed our stay and the home was very beautiful. There are some minor things that can be improved. The downstairs bedroom was extremely hot. My brother and his wife needed to use two box fans to try to stay cool and it really still didn’t help much. They complained the entire trip and I felt bad for them. One of the upstairs bed frame is broken to where it’s leaning. The mattress itself is comfortable though. The stair railings were a little dirty. My biggest issue is that you have to pay to have the pool and jacuzzi heated. We take this trip every year and this is a first for me to rent a house that you have to pay 25 a night to heat a jacuzzi. I will be asking all host in the future about jacuzzi heating so I can look elsewhere if they charge. Other than that everyone had a good time. Everything was about 20-30 mins away from us so no problem with location.

Home close to attractions easy to get to and from. Area offered close restaurants and shopping. House has lots of room and is nice . Would recommend if staying in Orlando. Only minor feedback washer and dryer worked but may need a future replacement dryer could only do smaller loads

Champions Gate Rental

Great block and location. House fell a bit short on expectations though. Kitchen cabinets and refrigerator had to be scrubbed. Lighting was not great but Gilberto did send in a handyman to install additional lighting. We had issues with the pool and they attempted to have it fixed (he did credit the pool heating fee back). However, we missed out on enjoying the pool for large parts of our stay while this was being worked on. Furniture was fine, beds were fine. We did have some issues with kitchen storage as two of the pantry areas were reserved for owners as opposed to one in previous houses we stayed in. Overall, the house was OK, but there were issues that came up that were disappointing. Gilberto did try to resolve it, and was pleasant to deal with, but at the end of the day, I was expecting a seamless vacation.

Great spot for multiple families!

Overall a great stay at Champions gate. House was clean and as pictured in the listing. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids and we did not feel over crowded, lots of space. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was good, they addressed any of our needs in a timely manner. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more kitchen items available, but it was manageable. We would book this again.

We enjoyed the place, but thought it would be nicer for the price

It was a bit pricy for what it was--the listing looks much nicer than what it was, but we thoroughly enjoyed having our own pool and hot tub. The dishwasher and blender were both broken. The hot tub wasn't heated the very last night and the contact for the property didn't respond due to a big time change...I guess there was another property manager, but we weren't aware of that contact, which was unfortunate to not have the hot tub on our very last night.

Was upset that there was a game missing in the game room hockey table was damaged the PlayStation hdmi cord kept disconnecting and the remotes didn’t work in the bedrooms was annoying to keep having to get up to turn the tv down other then that it’s great property I love champions gate right close oasis’s club with the water park lazy river and tiki bar I love it nice and clean lots of things to do that’s near for everyone even babies my 8mth old love it her first vacation
