Luxury 3-bedroom house with a pool next to Disney

Welcome to our fabulous home, located only 2 miles from Disney World and just 24 miles from Orlando airport. The townhouse has 3 spacious bedrooms, each one with a private, full-size bathroom, an open layout kitchen and a pull-out queen-size couch in the living room, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Enjoy high speed wifi, cable TV, and play Xbox on an impressive 65" TV. Explore Orlando and its parks during the day, and relax in the sparkling private pool in the evening. The house also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer.

The home is located within the famous Windsor Hills luxury resort community, which is officially the closest resort to Disney World, and offers the best value for money for its many amenities, including a double-Olympic sized pool with spiral water slide and a castle-themed playground, tennis courts, a top of the line fitness center, convenience store, a Tiki bar and its own movie theater! Come and be a part of this magical community today!

The Neighborhood

You will be 2 miles from the main gate of Disney World, 14 miles from Universal Studios, 11 miles from Seaworld, and 17 miles from a major shopping outlet and 24 miles from the Orlando Airport. There is a mega Walmart within walking distance!

Other Things to Note

The house has a Pack and play, a high chair, two umbrella strollers, and a car seat for toddlers to make life easier for your little ones.
Heating the pool will incur and extra $20 charge per day. You must let us know in advance to enable that feature. Please note that the pool heats up to 89F, and it is not a hot tub.

Pros and Cons

Pros: has a pack n play, great priced, has pool chairs and floats, clean, the couch is clean and comfy. Cons: we paid to heat the pool, and although it was not cold, it was not near as warm as the main pool of Windsor Hills. We ran out of hot water after 1 shower. I had to take 2 minute showers my entire vacation. My husband looked at the water heater and found out it is a 37 gallon water water. I'm not sure how it runs out so quickly. Most things in the unit look original to the home so I bet the water heater is super old. That's not near big enough for a place that holds 7 people. The living room is not carpeted rather the laminate floor. The shower heads and faucets leave much to be desired. If you are looking for a place to crash this place is just fine. For our family we will not stay here again just because there are other options.

Windsor Hill Visit

Loved the property. Property manager ask a little too much when leaving the property. I dont leave a property in a mess, but when you pay $160 for cleaning fee and the expectation is for you to wash and return dishes, pull your linens, start washing machine, dispose any trash, and leave floors broom stick clean is a little much. I do most of this anyway besides pull linens. Expectation are high when you are collecting cleaning fees. This will not stop me from visiting again. Just wanted to put that out there for future stays.

Family vacation

The condo was big enough for me, my adult children AND my grandchildren. Everything we needed for our stay was supplied. Manager was very very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend to our friends!

Perfect family rental. Location, security and amenities were great.

This condo was better than we expected. Proximity to Disney allowed us to take afternoon breaks from the parks, then return for evening hours. Condo was clean and spacious. Windsor Hills is a great vacation home community with awesome amenities like the community pool, water slides, also the arcade and gift shop. Management instructions were great and allowed us to access the property and condo without any issues. Thank you for helping us make great family memories.

Great location

We have just come home from a fantastic trip to Orlando. We had a lovely stay at this property. It was perfectly located for our needs, close to the parks and also Walmart just down the road. The kids totally enjoyed the pool. The check in and out process was very smooth. Communications were very clear and we had all requements up front well in advance of our trip. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

This unit was perfect for our trip to Disney. Locate a few miles away from the parks, not far from the airport, easy check in and out. Extremely nice place, clean, comes with linens and a private splash pad in back.

Fantastic location, great property

Property is in a fantastic location, very close to Disney Parks and Walmart just 2 minutes down the road. All required details were sent over promptly by Ogi and Raj shortly after booking (11 month prior to arriving) and the process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend.

Dream vacation!

First of all, Ogi was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! He always answered promptly and was very helpful. The property itself is very clean and comfortable. The amenities in the gated community were great for families and the location was perfect. I would definitely look Ogi up to stay here again!!

Perfect location for Disney Vacation !

We couldn’t have asked for a better location than this townhome. It was literally five minutes into any of the parks. The home is stocked with everything you and your family need. Maybe a few more bath towels would be helpful for families. But overall it is a great townhome

Great Location- Safe Clean Kid Friendly Environment

Very convenient location to Disney and airport. Drove from Michigan and decided on a house over Disney resort last minute. Saved money and was so much better imo. Kid friendly home and safe area. The resort pool is amazing, good food and not too overpriced. Easy delivery location for groceries. Very responsive host only issue we had was a light bulb burnt out for patio but was an easy fix.

Great stay

We stayed in this condo for a few nights and had a great time. Everything we needed was provided. The space was clean and hosts were very responsive. Pool was the perfect size and location is close to everything- 5 minutes from stores, 10 minutes to Disney. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to Disney Parks

This location is easy to get to and from all the Disney parks. Having three bedrooms and three baths was perfect for our family of five. It is clean and has all the necessities. My only suggestion is to bring pillows because the ones on the beds are flat.

Perfect for our family

This condo was exactly as the overview stated. Perfect location to Disney and Universal. Short drive to the beach. Right down the street from Walmart which came in hand. It was ina quiet community which was a great break from the busy parks for a down day. Quick replies from owner if questions were asked. We will be keeping this on our list of places to return.
