This was our fourth year staying at Windsor Hills. We love the property and we’re happy with the size and decor of the room. However, upon arrival after a 12 hour car ride our reservation was not in the system at the resort gate entrances we called property management multiple times with zero answer or response. The gate workers were very helpful and contacted the owner for us directly. The issue was resolved after an hour wait but property management never followed up once. Overall, we were happy with the room and cleanliness except the washer was moldy and unable to be used. There were also no pool bands left for use of the pool as listed. We would love to stay at the location again, however, we would not rebook due to the lack of support from property management.
