Loved everything from the helpfulness of the host to the timeliness of their responses.The only complaint we had, if any, was that some of the bathroom showers only had hot water at certain times. We know its a big house so some take time to warm up.Other than that...would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Mini Birthday Trip for Mom

The property was wonderful! The house was very clean. Every room has its own bathroom which was awesome. A few things that could have made our stay even better 1) Screened in pool 2) Updated couch downstairs- The couch was stained. 3) Measuring cup in the kitchen 4) Pool table instead of foosball. 5) Update sliding door leading to the pool - It was very hard to close and appeared off track. All in all the house was excellent and we would definitely stay again!

Our trip to Kissimmee

Our overall experience was good, however we experienced some issues with the door leading out to the pool area. The door was very heavy and couldn't open without using force. We called the property managers, and they came out once and failed to fix it. They said they would come back but never did. On top of that the WIFI didn't work, however they were quick to fix this issue. Other than that the house was very large, nice, and clean. The check in was smooth as well.Other than those few hiccups, everything was good and the host was quick to reply and help with questions that we had.

Amazing Disney Orlando Family Reunion

This property from start to finish was Outstanding. We had a 6 and 4 year olds whom enjoyed the themed bunk bed rooms and projector screen Tv for movies , while the adults were overly comforted in the large bedrooms with insuite bath. Kitchen had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers to meet our 14 family eating and cleaning while I house. Driving to Disney was only 15 approx minutes and a large in community water park was amazing. Our hosts were readily available thought our stay incase any issues were to arise. Pool and hot tub were perfect throughout day/nights with a safety fence to keep the children out as needed. Recommend this property to all.

Not a Review

This is not intended to be a review, because there were pros and cons. The cons should be remedied, but were not during our stay. (1) Air conditioning upstairs, where most of the bedrooms are, was non-functional for three of the hot July days. (2) Both washing machines, upstairs and downstairs, malfunctioned (so out of balance that the one upstairs shook the walls and made horrendous noises; the downstairs broken and resulted in a warranty claim against the mfr.). Host was very nice, Jeeves technician Jose was terrific as to response and courtesy, but the AC and washer problems required time and substantial repairs for which specialists were required and which couldn't be completed during our days of occupancy. The location is excellent, the rec areas for the subdivision and the home pool were terrific, the bedrooms and bathrooms were good for our group. When the AC issues and washers are repaired, I think guests will have better things to say about their stays. Again, this is feedback for the host/owner and VRBO, not a negative review for the public. Thanks, Vance Salter

Plenty of room! Our family of 10 had a great stay in the house. We celebrated both Father's Day and my Birthday. It's easy to have services and items delivered to the house. Comfy beds. Quiet in the house even though the neighbouring houses were full of people. The pool was refreshing. We notices new wood floors where the carpet used to be. There were a couple of items that needed some attention and I let the owners know. They are very nice and easy to work with.

Fam Squad Disney 2024

This house is great for large groups. It is exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of space for everyone in our group. We were four generations together for the week and the smiles on our parents faces after being with their grandchildren and great grandchildren was priceless. Communication with the owner, Chenning, was absolutely over and above our expectations from the day we booked the house til the day we left to go home. Disney family vacation

House is very spacious and clean. Carpet is worn but understandable since it is a rental. Furniture is clean and comfortable. One of the beds downstairs broke when one of our family members tried to get into it when we looked to see what happened it was apparent that someone had tried to repair it previously. Kitchen is fantastic-2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. Plates,cups,glasses and silverware was nicely stocked. Mattresses are a little worn but still comfy. Bath towels and wash clothes were limited- 2 each per bathroom. The downstairs dryer didn’t work and the upstairs dryer took a while to dry laundry. The repairman came to look at the dryer but never returned to fix it. We paid for heat in the pool and hot tub which didn’t work the first 2 days, we reported it and caught the pool guy to discuss the issue. The pool/hot tub issues were thankfully resolved. The water pressure for showers was not the best and took a long time to get warm. Information on shuttle service times were not correct in the house information book but the clubhouse gave us one with the correct information.

Great location

This place was great for our family trip of 14 to Disney World and other parks! Like others have said this house was big enough to keep us apart or together whatever each family wanted to do while there. The only real complaint I have was new people came on Thursday behind the house to the left that were so noisy I ended up calling security at 3:00am so we could all get some sleep. I picked this place because we have little ones and they had a noise ordinance at 10 pm so I thought they went around and enforced it. I waited and waited but no one shut it down then after I called security they did get quiet but still could get music and singing. But the next day at 4 pm they started up again. So my advice if they don’t stop by 10pm call security don’t wait like we did or you won’t get sleep. I don’t know if they actually live there or just rented like we did. But the last couple nights there were very loud ones. Host was great answered questions I had in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Florida. I would suggest a big pot for the kitchen though we wanted to do spaghetti but did not have a pot!

Beautiful villa, great location

This is a beautiful villa in a great location. We were a party of 18 in total (13 adults and 5 children) and there was more than enough room - and bathrooms! - for everyone. We booked this over 12 months ahead of our vacation and, throughout, Chenning has been the perfect host - timely communications and answered all questions. We had some issues during our stay but the important point here is that Jeeves, the management company, were exemplary in their responses and everything was resolved very quickly. A bonus was having access to all the onsite facilities of the Encore Reunion resort - the water park is especially good and we made extensive use of the bar and restaurant. The resort itself is also very safe, with plentiful security patrols in evidence.

Great property!

Property just as pics show. Large bedrooms each with own bath. Kids LOVED the decorated rooms. Everything was very clean. Beds comfortable with clean linens and comfy pillows. Kitchen fully stocked. Tons of storage space. Loved family movie time on big screen. Neighborhood water park was fabulous only there on a weekday but not crowded at all. Kids area was very large, they loved it! Secure neighborhood. Laundry on both levels so convenient. Only issue with so many bathrooms was waiting a little for hot water and good water pressure, but understandable with a big house. Would definitely recommend the neighborhood and property!!!

Long time coming

We have been to Orlando many times dating back to 1999 but not since 2014. Covid affected plans as did the arrival of grandchildren and other factors. We needed a property with disabled accessibility so researched many properties Chenning was a fantastic host and reached out to help us make sure that we had all the information we needed before we booked. This property is in a fantastic location for Disney and has the added benefit of Encore’s facilities which were first class great water park and some of the finest fries in Orlando. We had a couple of issues and Chenning was always on hand to make sure that she sorted things or ensured that Jeeves the property management company sorted things. I cannot praise her enough she is very hands on and tries to ensure that all her clients have a great experience. The house is a first rate rental it is huge with enough room to swallow 10 adults and 3 boisterous kids. As with any rental there are likely to be the odd issue but Chenning and Jeeves will respond and sort things promptl. We had four cars and were able to park all either on the drive or in the garage. The pool is great just perfect for a cooling dip and fun with the kids and with encore just up estate they can pop up there to have even more fun with the slides and pool. The estate is immaculately kept and beautifully manicured and the house is ideally located for accessing Disney world. We had a fantastic holiday and loved our time in Orlando

Perfect Stay-cation

The house was amazing! Clean and well equipped for a large party. Its only 5 minutes walking to the water park , basketball and volleyball courts. We live in Orlando and thoroughly enjoyed our time away.

Family get together

Jean and I were impressed by the home it was everything the write up said. Our kids thought it was cool to have so many rooms to choose from. There were 15 of us so everything was being used. The kitchen was well stocked. Well!! it could have used a bigger pot for boiling spaghetti. It was a challenge for 15. The hot tub and pool were used daily. We only had a problem with heat 1 day and it was fixed in a timely fashion. Being rental owners ourselves we know the challenges of keeping a house in tip top shape. Channing did a good job.

Would Come Back!

The property was huge. The theme rooms were exactly what we were looking for as the kids loved them. The rooms were clean and large. We has a slight hiccup with the pool heat but that is no fault of the owners, more of the Jeeves company errors. The house sits within 15 minutes to every Disney park which made traveling really convenient. If your looking for a clean, large home to rent, don't hesitate to book this one!

Great Property, Even Better Management!!

Wow! I don’t even know where to begin. We had a party of 17, and this property fit us all easily. There was plenty of space and every inch of it was clean. Love the 2 refrigerators and 2 dish washers in the kitchen and a laundry room on each floor. I was most impressed by the cleanliness of the bathrooms and linen (which is a big deal to me), as well as the customer service by the owner! I was blown away by the service we were given. So accommodating and welcoming. Their kindness alone makes me want to book with them again. The nice house is icing on the cake! I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent property/ Great location

This is a large well-maintained property with lots of space for family and friends. One Key point between this and many other properties. Is that every single bedroom has its own bathroom which is key to everyone getting ready in the morning! The water park is super convenient and great for kids and adults as well. The location of the property is very convenient to all Disney properties. Even with the worst traffic it didn't take us much more than 20 minutes to and from each park. Early in the mornings it took us less than 15 minutes to some parks. Property was well equipped with multiple strollers, high chairs, lots of towels, pillows and blankets. Everything we needed was provided for us! The kids love the themed bunk bedrooms and the adults all raised about how comfortable the beds were. We had a large group of family and friends from my 2-year-old daughter up to my almost 70-year-old parents. Everybody raved about the property and had a great time. There are multiple bedrooms on the ground floor for those in your party to do not do well with stairs. Highly recommend this property, for the price you can't go wrong!
