Què no li ha agradat: Neteja

THIS HOUSE WAS AWFUL

This was a HORRIBLE HOUSE!!! Paid for early check in $45/hr rushing to get into filth. Broken glasses in the cabinets, garage smelled awful, living area couch was cheap and FILTHY throw pillows were nasty. Towels were dirty I wish I could upload pictures. I bring my own towels thankfully but don’t offer me dirty linen. Patio screen was torn AND screen door was broken. 7 bedroom home only two bdrms have televisions which is ridiculous most kids need some light for bedtime. House only had one parking spot. Pool was dirty. Called property manager someone came out to look but she did nothing about it said someone would contact me they never did. My family visits Florida every year and stay in this area this was our first time renting through this company and surely the last. The house was gross, definitely not what we’re used to. Still haven’t heard back regarding our stay. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME. You will be disappointed. Also maintenance came by while we were there to fix complaints made by the renters who were there in MAY I took a picture of the work order. Again I wish I could upload to share it and prove they are just taking money and not maintaining this house at all Our stay was from 6/15-6/19. Most of their complaints were the same as ours. It’s a dump. Dirty, smelly, filthy, not homey. Please take heed. I’ll go back to our original company that we usually rent through Florida scandi. Never had any issues clean well decorated homes.

Amazing time with the family

It’s very rare to have a family of 12 stay together in one place for two nights. We had an amazing time at this lovely home. All of the rooms are clean and very large. We all made breakfast together one morning and then headed to the parks. I would highly recommend this home for your family event.
