This retreat is one-of-a-kind! As soon as you walk through the door to this brand new home, you will notice every ounce of luxury. The house is tastefully decorated with neutral colors and with the greatest bursts of colors in the most perfect areas.

The living room has state-of-the-art furniture in colors of silver, black, sea foam green colored pillows and decor tie the room together perfectly. Next, step into the kitchen area where you'll find granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautifully colored cabinets, and everything you could think of that you'll need. This kitchen is fully equipped from blender, to utensils! Additionally, there's bar seating where you can seat 5 people.

The formal dining area is fantastic. This will be the loveliest of places to host holiday gatherings. Seating for 8, this dining room is the best. You will LOVE the chandelier above the table.

Each of the 9 bedrooms has been decorated to the highest standards. Take a look at the luxury that the decorators put into this home. It's absolutely remarkable! The kids will certainly enjoy the themed bedrooms.... Disney's "Frozen" that has a chandelier in the middle of the room, "Finding Nemo" is the cutest, even a "Beauty and the Beast" room with yet another chandelier!

We're not done yet! The loft area is where it's at! Star Wars themed with all kinds of fun. Enjoy time with Chewbaca playing pool, foosball, or sitting at the lounge area seating while watching TV.

This home has a Hollywood themed theater room! Enter through the "stage door" to watch a movie of your choice. This room seats 9 people!

AND, this home has a SOUTH FACING pool and spa, a barbecue grill, sun loungers, and comfortable top-of-the-line patio furniture perfect for basking in Florida's magnificent sunshine!

If for any reason you feel like leaving this home for a bit to venture outside, head over to the Oasis Club, which is free to use when you reserve this beautiful, modern home. The Oasis Club has a lazy river, an over-sized "quiet" pool, a splash pool for the kids, even a water slide! You can enjoy some adult time at the Tiki bar, or a family meal at the restaurant inside the club. Resort also has a state-of-the-art gym, a yoga room, media center, theater room, sand volleyball, and so much more!

Personal thoughts

We enjoyed our stay. It's very comfortable and accessible. The kitchen didn't come with hot pads(had to use towels), cooking griddle, cutting boards, etc. I think with the price we paid for our stay, the grill should be included. Having to pay an extra price to grill hamburgers and hotdogs was not expected. We already were paying extra to have a warm pool. Also, having a binder with instructions on how to operated electronics, where to put trash, etc. would be very helpful. Overall we thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

Very disappointed

Beyond disappointed in the service provided by Florida Luxury Rentals (FLR). As a property manager myself, FLR leaves much to be desired and I would never rent with them again. The house itself was fine enough (no soap of any kind/not nearly enough towels, toilet paper or paper towels) to accommodate myself and 20 other people (9 children under 7). We booked this house a YEAR in advance for a New Year's Reunion and requested cribs, pack-n-plays, high chairs and the pool to be heated pool (all of which cost extra per day). Upon arrival, not only did the company not provide all the cribs and pack-n-plays for the babies to sleep in but the hot tub and pool heater were non-functional. NINE KIDS - MISSING CRIBS - NO HEATED POOL WITH A YEAR'S NOTICE. If that wasn't unprofessional enough, the company avoided all calls and emails to discuss the matter for over three weeks (during our stay and after check out). Don't waste your time with this careless management company. There are PLENTY of other choices in the same neighborhood.
