Enjoy our beautifully decorated, 1st floor, 3-bedroom condo located in the top-rated Windsor Palms Resort. This fun family gated resort community is just minutes from Disney's Magic Kingdom and all the major Orlando theme parks and attractions.

When you're not at the parks, relax and enjoy all the first-rate amenities this popular resort has to offer. Take a refreshing dip in the Olympic-sized pool with sun deck and hot tub. Enjoy some lunch or a refreshing, tropical drink at the Tiki bar by the pool. Explore the 7,500 sq. feet clubhouse equipped with sundry shop, fitness centre, games room, Nintendo Wii suite, cyber café, a 58 seat movie theatre and luxurious lounge area. Enjoy outdoor recreation with tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball and a children's playground. There are no resort fees, guests are welcome to use all amenities.

Why stay in a cramped hotel room with limited amenities when you can stay in Kuzco's fully furnished and equipped, designer decorated condos for half the price! We've got everything you need to ensure your family experiences the best Disney vacation ever!

Master and Queen bedroom equipped with Flatscreen TV/DVD combos with cable. The master bedroom has a computer desk and chair with free high-speed internet access for those who travel with their laptop computers. Programmable safe is provided to lock away valuables.

Your little ones will delight in their Jungle theme room with Kuzco's pet panther to greet them. This bedroom is equipped with a Flatscreen TV/DVD combo mounted on the wall.

The living room has a 42' flat-screen TV with DVD player.

The dining table seats six.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.

For families with little tykes - we have a 'pack & play' fold-out crib and a high chair available for you UPON REQUEST.

This first floor condo is approximately 1,400 sq ft. with a private screened-in lanai. The condo is approximately a 1 minute walk from the clubhouse and pool with free parking available just to the side of the building.

We have a key-less door entry system with a self-programming door code.

Should you require immediate attention while staying in our condo, our property management company will be there to take care of you and your party.

Gorgeous condo

This was one of the best condos I’ve ever stayed in! It was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, about 15-20 minutes to any of the Disney parks! The check in process was seamless. The club house and heated pool was gorgeous! My kids had the best time in the pool! Last but not least the communication with Anna, the owner, was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again for our future Disney trips!

Disney Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very affordable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was very clean. The beds were not very comfortable. The mattresses were very firm and a bit lumpy. The lanai was a great place to spend the morning drinking coffee.

Great Stay!!

We loved this VRBO for its convenience to Disney and space for the whole family. It was clean, the amenities in the resort were great, and the communication was clear and concise. Anna was quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Flawless stay

Family of 4 adults stayed 8 nights. Anna made sure the guard knew there were 2 vehicles so check in was smooth. Entry to the condo was set up with the code provided and the condo was very clean. Everything in working order and lots of extras like beach towels, cooler, blankets...we walked to the club house several times, love the location in the resort. Very quiet. Thank you, Anna, for a lovely vacation and we will request to rent from you again.

Our perfect fabulous getaway

Our family had an absolutely magical stay at this property during our visit to Disney World in Florida! The house was incredibly spacious, clean and well-maintained, providing the perfect home base for our family of 5. The kids were thrilled with the pool and the tennis court which kept them entertained and happy. The proximity to Disney World was a huge plus, making our daily commutes to the parks quick and stress-free. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare breakfast and save on some of our dining costs. The living area was cozy and comfortable, where we enjoyed a family movie night on Saturday and Sunday after a long day at the parks. The host was fantastic, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful tips for our Disney visit before our visit. Highly recommend this property for families!

Beautiful place to stay.

We absolutely loved this place. It looked just like the pictures online and very clean and well kept. When we arrived it was a lot of rain lots of rain so natural the bugs want to come inside. The owner called the exterminator and he came out the next day and problem was solved. When we come back to Orlando we will be staying here again.

Stayed for 12 nights. This is a great property in a great location. Everything was wonderful, check-in was simple and condo was clean and spacious. One suggestion as an upgrade for the unit would be to replace the mattresses, but otherwise everything was perfect.
