This beautiful house, with 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom is splendid for families or groups up to 10. Located in Solterra Resort, we just short drive away from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Sea World, & LegoLand.

When you’re ready to dine, a large granite countertop island comfortably accommodates seating for 4, while a table next door overlooking the pool seating 8 people. The kitchen comes equipped with appliances and everything needed to entertain, including a blender, toaster, and coffee machine, as well as cookware, bakeware, utensils, and dinnerware. After a big meal, you can relax in a spacious living room while the kids entertain in the pool that can be heated.

Bedroom 3: 1 King Size Bed with private bathroom

The property has a RING doorbell, central air conditioning throughout, free US and Canada calls, free Wi-Fi. There is a laundry room, washer and dryer with ironing facilities.

Extra Services (MUST BE REQUESTED UNTIL 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN):

POOL HEATING: $30 per day (minimum 3 days)

GRILL: $85 with 1st full propane tank and cleaning provided.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection all days. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench) outside the front door. No loose items in trash receptacle or open bags permitted. 

PETS:
We do NOT allow pets. In case of non-compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.
