  • It is a 6-bedroom vacation home (3117 SqFT) in the gated Windsor Island Resort, a very fancy and safe place for family/friends to stay, relax, and have fun! Brand new home has everything you need, ready to serve max. 12 people group! All bedrooms have SMART TVs. Frozen, Harry Potter theme rooms for lovely kids, and it takes only 3-4 mins Walking distance from the house to the clubhouse! The community is just 12 miles south of Disney World. These new pictures taken on Feb 18, 2022 show its beauty:)

    This home is situated in the beautiful Windsor Island Resort with amenities shown below and everything for everyone, check out the clubhouse video attached. Windsor Island Resort offers an abundance of amenities including a restaurant and coffee shop, a pool with a bar, a water slide and splash pad, fitness center, mini golf, and game room, and so much more!

    If the community doesn't offer enough excitement, popular shopping, dining, entertainment, and amusement destinations are minutes away. The home is located just 12 miles south of DISNEY World & a short drive further to Universal Studios. There is a CVS, Publix, Multiple restaurants, banks, and other services approx. 3 miles from the home. There are also some amazing smaller attractions immediately nearby.

    Private pool, free use, only Pool heat is optional and recommended during winter months & is available for an additional daily fee. No back neighbors. BOOK NOW!!

    First floor: room 1, King
    Second floor: Room 2, King, Room 3,Queen, Room 4, Queen, Room 5, twin, Room 6 twin
     Bathrooms: 4.5 Full+Half
     Living rooms: sofa & TV.
     Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, and dishwasher; a large dining table; a huge island with a breakfast bar and an additional outside dining table at the covered lanai.
     Laundry room: First floor has a laundry room with a set of large capacity washer & dryer.
     Game room: upstairs living area with a pool table & TV, sofa, and accent chairs.
     Baby equipment is available, including highchair, strollers and playpen.
     Screened private swimming pool (heated to 83F’ish). Pool heating is optional and recommended during winter months & is available for an additional daily fee. Pool Heat is $25 per night plus tax, and it has to be ordered for your entire stay.

    The guests need to provide the drivers’ names for the host to register online to assist check-in at the gate. You will receive check-in information package four days before the check-in date with door code for keypad lock, wifi info, pool info (if ordered), community and house rules, etc. The information can be shared within the group:)

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as listed. We had the pool heated and our daughter loved it! The resort is a short 5 minute walk and has a lazy river, splash pad, slides, mini golf. It was an amazing vacation and we would definitely return to this house in the future! Tracy was very responsive to all our questions and anything we needed, she supplied within 24 hours. Can’t say enough good about Tracy and this house! Thank you so much for having us.

Awesome

Awesome place with a ton of space and all the kitchen accessories and towels we needed. It was consistently a 30 min drive from Disney, but worth the short drive for all the space and a private pool. Very clean. There were some exposed tack boards in transition areas between rooms and they should be addressed so kids don’t poke their feet. Normally we’re ready to be home after 8 days away from our house. This place felt as comfortable as our house and we didn't have that same feeling this trip.

Family Christmas Gathering

Four Corners is a great property. The layout was great for my husband, our two adult daughters, their husbands, our 4 grandchildren and me. The house was very clean and well organized. Our only issue was with the pool heater not working, due to the recent very cold snap. The maintenance folks were great and the problem was fixed very quickly. Tracy checked in with us a couple of times to make sure all was good. I will definitely consider staying here again, if/when we return to the Kissimee area.

Great location and fantastic house

I booked the house for 13 nights to be close to other members of our family for our holiday in Florida. We arrived late at night but we were delighted with the house and facilities. The gated community along with the clubhouse are spotlessly clean and well maintained with good facilities. Throughout the stay, the house continued to impress. We did suffer a power outage due to a storm when we were there, but we managed to find the fuse box (in the garage) and reset the power supply to the living area. Only suggestion would be to provide/ give access to instructions for the basics of the house, such as locking the front door on exit and the appliances and what to do in the event of (e.g if a fuse trips) nothing major but it would have been very helpful! Nothing takes away from the fact the house is fantastic and is highly recommended for a stay should you be in the Orlando area! Many thanks Tracy for being a great host!

Fantastic stay

We couldn't be happier with our eight days here. The house was exactly as advertised and the resort was great. We had a couple small issues upon arrival (NOT the property manager's fault), but she was extremely quick to respond and get them handled for us. If our large group returns to the area we'll definitely be checking to see if this house is available.
