Welcome to our townhome with penthouse views in Midtown! This upscale condo features stunning city views, 3 bedrooms, and fully equipped modern kitchen, making it the perfect escape for your Omaha stay. Indulge in the luxury of this property, and take advantage of the convenience of a garage. With its prime location, you'll enjoy easy access to the best of Midtown Omaha's dining and entertainment options. Immerse yourself in luxury and comfort during your stay at our 3-story townhome.

Elegant, peaceful and stylish. This luxurious condo will make you proud to come "home" after a long day. Cozy and comfortable beds and a deep soaking tub to help you relax and unwind. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the city lights.

This property was uniquely designed to take advantage of the Cathedral and city lights views, with the main living space on the top floor. The open concept features a spacious chef's kitchen, kitchen island seating for 2, and a dining table with seating for 6 (total of 8). The living area is perfect for cozying up by the gas fireplace. And there is a half bath on the top floor for convenience.

There are three levels, accessed by 3 sets of stairs. The bedroom level features comfy, carpeted bedrooms with super comfy beds and bedding. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet and modern tiled shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds and share a hallway bathroom with a bathtub.

The property also features free in-unit full-size washer and dryer.

Guests will have full private access to the entire unit and 2-car garage.

The backyard is not fully fenced.

The best way to communicate is through the app.

We have a professional property manager for after hours maintenance emergencies. You will receive the contact information upon arrival, and check-in instructions at 9am the morning of.

We do allow pets with a $75 per pet per stay fee. This will be charged when you add your pet to the reservation.

We do NOT allow parties or unapproved events. We are not unreasonable. We want you to enjoy your time with your friends. However, in order to keep our property safe for all guests, we have a zero-tolerance policy for unapproved events and guests. This may be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation.

We do have security cameras on the exterior of the building.

This is an eclectic, up and coming neighborhood on the border of the historic Dundee neighborhood.
The property is located in Midtown Omaha, blocks from UNMC and is walkable to:
- Dundee
- Joslyn Castle (Castle and Cathedral Arts District)
- Blackstone District
- Starbucks
- Several great restaurants along Saddlecreek

Located 1 Block north of Dodge Street. Driving Distance to:

The house was great! So roomy and nice! Our family loved it! The listing stated there were two queen beds, but unfortunately they were both a full. This made our sleeping arrangements a bit more difficult because we planned on having two queens. Otherwise, everything was clean and wonderful!!

Spacious and roomy. Comfortable beds, average sheets and linens. Decent, but probably better out there.- Ketchup and butter in fridge and that’s it.- No hand towels in upstairs bathroom- TV in living room is average at best - some pixelation - Check in time is late and check out time is early - basically you wait to get in and ushered out quickly. 18 hrs? Maybe not worth it.- Quiet time is 11pm to 7am according to the sign in the apartment, but host said it was 10pm to 7am.- Missing TV on wall in master bedroom

convenientlocation some unpleasant smells.

overall, good experience. There was a strong smell of marijuana initially from the previous Guest but we were able to air it out. The garage smelled horrible because of trash cans and the neighborhood seemed a little unsafe but very convenient location. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Allowed me to check out late so that we could have a special lunch with my son.

Comfortable, Clean and Safe

We came here to attend a convention and to avoid a noisy hotel room. This place was within minutes of the convention center and within a couple blocks of a grocery store and fast food. That was a plus for late night convenience. The place was clean, comfortable, safe and everything as advertised. Would definitely stay here again when in Omaha. This unit is great for either business trips or family functions.

Great host to work with

The host was super accommodating and helped us extend our stay to two nights. We really appreciated working with the host. The place was large and spacious. A really nice modern townhouse close to everything.

Great experience

Overall the experience was wonderful. The home was lovely and clean and it was so close to the Blackstone District. It was challenging getting in, but the host was prompt and helped us as soon as they were able.
