GORGEOUS & FULLY RENOVATED 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Bayfront Condo located uptown on Bayshore Drive.
Your family of 6 will totally enjoy the open floor plan, bayfront location with southern exposure and natural lighting. You will love entertaining in the fully equipped modernized kitchen featuring Bosch stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, a kitchen island and much more.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, tv, ceiling fan, private bath with glass shower stall and door to balcony with AMAZING BAYVIEWS!
The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed, a pyramid bunk bed, tv, & ceiling fan. The hall bath features a glass shower stall. For your added convenience, there is a washer & dryer, and wifi & internet. There is not a boat dock available with this property for guests use.
Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 2 in the off season! Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. Great Stay!

My 2 girls and I had a wonderful week here! The view is amazing, the unit is well maintained and well appointed and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and central to the beach, boardwalk and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous!

Beautifully decorated unit right on the bay. Kitchen was big and fun to cook in. Outside porch furniture was very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching all the boats go by. Bedrooms were lovely. Big t.v.’s in the living room and bedrooms. It was so nice to stay in a place at the beach that had beautiful and tasteful decorations - that was a real treat. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the beach. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby. We would love to go back again as this place offered everything. (The only drawback was the 10 am check out time.)

Great place to stay!

10 outta 10! Location was great, quiet, very clean and condo had everything we needed! Renovations and decorating choices are top notch! Only suggestion, need a full length mirror for the ladies but otherwise we highly recommend!
