Diamond Beach 108 – This beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located just across the street from the Convention Center, offering a great alternative to hotel rooms with more space at a better price! Enjoy an oceanfront view from your private balcony and take advantage of the convenient mid-town location, close to many restaurants. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, brand new washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs, central a/c, and parking for 1 car. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy is 5. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.

Disgusting and Smelly

Rented 108 Diamond Beach on 38th Street through VRBO and ultimately OC Vacations. The unit was absolutely disgusting. Upon entering, we were immediately overwhelmed with the musty and moldy smell. The unit was dirty, extremely outdated, smelly, unkept, and not a nice place to stay. The only good thing was that the weather was great and we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room. The AC units were dirty and moldy and the one in the family room did not keep the room cool. The washing machine broke the day before we left (I called the office to let them know and that I didn't need it fixed before we left so it was still broken when we left). When I dropped the key off when leaving, the office staff had no interest whatsoever in hearing or documenting my complaints about the condo. The pictures of the condo on VRBO did not accurately represent the condition of the space. Stay away from this unit at 108 Diamond Beach.

Out Dated and Moldy

The pictures are a little misleading to the actual property. It seems the pictures have been enhanced to make it look brighter and "newer". When you open the door to the condo, immediately you're hit with the smell of must and mold. The odor does not disapate, even with candles and fans. A thorough cleaninging needs to be done to remove the build up of dust and dirt. The appliances seem to be the originals from the 80s.
