The property is situated in the historic Lace Market area in the heart of Nottingham city centre. The Lace Market is known to be the oldest area of Nottingham, and dates back to the 1890's. In more recent times, moving away from it's well renowned lace trade, the area is now better known for being home to the trendiest bars and restaurants the City has to offer.
Due to the fantastic location of this apartment, all of the City center's bars, restaurants and nightlife are all within walking distance. There is also a Tesco's convenience store less than 2 minutes walk around the corner for all shopping essentials.
Nottingham's market square is also only a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away. Whilst you're in the City, why not visit Nottingham's very own castle. Nottingham castle has recently reopened after closure for over 2 years, and undergoing significant and transformation £30m development - a must see for all visiting this beautiful city.
The Property is well served by public transport, you can take a number of buses and trams to tour around the city and other surrounding areas. Again all public transport is available within 2 minutes walking distance of the property.
