The neighborhood is very safe and is near Audubon Park, a zoo, and a golf course, so you can make the most out of your stay. Take a short walk to enjoy some of the best food that New Orleans has to offer or a short drive to The French Quarter for the live music the district is known for. The Convention Center is also nearby if you are in town for a convention. If you want to explore the city like a local; there’s a bus stop literally just steps away that will bring you directly to any of the hot spots in the city.

As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire penthouse, including the large balcony, full kitchen, Smart TVs, wifi, elevator, and parking. A juice bar is located downstairs. You will be the only one with full access to the 3rd floor penthouse, private elevator and single off-street parking spot.

GREAT neighborhood feel with all the local flavor. Right across the street are excellent restaurants. Italian (AVO), Seafood (Bistro Daisy), Mediterranean (SABA), and Mexican (Juan's Flying Burrito). For breakfast you can always go around the corner to “Toast” or drive a few minutes down on Magazine to “Ruby Slipper”. If you want pastries or coffee, you can walk to “District Donuts” or a short drive on Magazine to “Le Boulangerie”
A bus stop is literally just steps away that will bring you directly to any of the hot spots in the city. If you wanted to ride a streetcar (trolley), you would simply buy a transfer, exit the bus, re-board the streetcar and continue to your next destination.
