Nashville Reunion

The unit was exactly what we needed for people traveling from all over to reunite. I was not expecting a queen bunkbed in one of the rooms but it all worked out without a hitch. Could not have been in a better neighborhood for walking with conveniences nearby! Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Well, happily reserved us again. Should another trip to Nashville be in order – – why wouldn’t it be? The city was amazing and the proximity to the unit was fabulous

The location was great! Not too far from broadway and in a nice neighborhood. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with when we asked for extra items or needed anything. The lights in the Nashville sign were out, but I would recommend staying here.

Excellent Edgehill property near Gulch and 8/12 South.

Fantastic townhome neighborhood off 8th Ave S. Spacious kitchen/living on main level, well appointed bedrooms and garage to boot. Would recommend 5 stars.

Wouldn't stay here again.

Close to most things, but Host needed to be a lot more communicative. Check in was messy. We felt very unsafe, and would have left if the entire town wasn't booked up. House needs to be maintenanced and bug sprayed Definitely needs to put out extra towels, as we were only given one per person.

Great Location, New and Clean

Our family was in Nashville for Thanksgiving and this house was nice and spacious for my immediate family staying at the house and also for our family joining us for Thanksgiving dinner. There we lots of beds and the beds were comfortable. There is also a security system that was simple to operate and made us feel that much more comfortable.

The pictures hold true in person! This property was lovely, set in a nice neighborhood and close to 12 South. Lots to see and do nearby! Great place to stay with a large group of girls. Plenty of bathrooms and space for us all.

Beautiful and spacious

Hosted a bachelorette weekend for my sister and this townhouse exceeded my expectations! It was never more than a 10 minute drive to all the places we visited throughout Nashville. The home had so much space for all of our things and slept 7 women comfortably. The main living space was so clean and very up to date. I felt that the area we stayed was very safe and appreciated the 2 car garage available to us. Would definitely book again!

Great Location!

We enjoyed this property’s location - it was a short ride to Broadway and a few other fun places we explored. The property manager was very communicative and easy to reach. Upon check in, the house seemed mostly clean - a few spots seemed not wiped down and the sheets looked stained. Many of the items that were supposed to be there were missing - paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods. After reaching out to the property manager upon checking, they were delivered late afternoon the next day. The pull out couch was missing blankets, and we couldn’t find extra. Overall, a nice place.

Highly Recommend! Great Place and close to Nashville Downtown and Broadway

Place was roomy, modern and very comfortable. Beds were big and comfy, sheets were soft and fresh. Bathrooms were roomy and had great soft fluffy towels /wash cloths. All bedrooms had nice tv's and plenty of room. Closets were walk in with shelves that allowed you to put your suitcase on and live out of if you choose to do so. Kitchen had everything that you need and was clean and updated. The location is in a nice neighborhood with low traffic and very quite at night. Which is good after listening to music all day. Just a 5 minute uber ride to Broadway or Country Music Hall of Fame. Ubers were available in less than 5 minutes for every ride and under $10 for 6 people. Great location to attractions with in walking distance also, very close to Publix, Hattys Hot Chicken and ML Rose, a great craft & food bar all under a ten minute walk from the house. Host was always responsive when texted and made sure to check in with us when we arrived. Definately worth considering for your visit to Nashville.

Great space

I was a a little skeptical pulling up to the property and it’s location but it actually turned out to be great. Walk to Publix and Hattie B’s was short as was the Uber to Broadway action. Space inside was nice and perfect for 9 adults and it was great having so many bathrooms.

Great location and good neighborhood

The house looked new and was in a good neighborhood, about 6 blocks from 12 South. It was nice having a garage to park in. It is 3-stories, so prepare to walk up steps. The property manager was very responsive, she quickly remedied any issues or questions we had.

Great place & location

We had a bachelorette party weekend and this place was great. Clean, big, plenty of bathrooms and beds. Perfect setup for socializing. Uber was 8 minutes to Broadway. Would definitely book this place again. Only negative was receiving checking info at 3:00pm. I'm used to seeing property details and info days in advance.
