Summary:
The Southern Belle. Experience the blend of modern style and Southern charm in this exquisite one-bedroom condo. Located near Centennial Park, Music Row, and Charlotte Pike, just 2 miles from Broadway. Enjoy high-end furnishings, linens, and a welcoming ambiance. Assigned parking (one spot)+ street options. NO parties.

The Space:
The SPACE : This new, one-bedroom condo is equipped with high-end amenities that are perfect for a romantic getaway, or a business trip. The space is ideal for music industry executives, songwriters, traveling musicians & creatives, as well as traveling nurses, and couples!

The KITCHEN : The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to cook your own meals using Whirlpool stainless steel appliances while prepping on the beautiful upgraded counter tops. Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, automatic wine opener, toaster, blender, kitchenware, cutlery, pots & pans, barware, water, coffee & tea packets are provided for your use. An island that easily sits up to 3-4 people to serve as an eating area, or just for conversations.

The WORK-SPACE : The kitchen has a wraparound peninsula / island that can easily seat 3-4 which can act as a workspace. The peninsula height is 42" and the stools provided are bar height. Accessible electrical outlets are available for ease of plugging in a laptop or tablet.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS : One memory foam queen bed is located in the master bedroom. In the living room, the Restoration Hardware sofa bed easily folds out into a queen memory foam bed with a mattress protector.

MASTER WALK-IN-CLOSET : Custom built-in hardwood closet system available for your clothing garments, suitcases and storage.

LAUNDRY CLOSET : Stacked Electrolux washer & dryer are located in the tall laundry closet. Laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets are available under the kitchen base sink cabinet.

FULL BATHROOM : Modern, full bathroom with LED illuminated mirror and tiled shower with modern fixtures. A full shower/bathtub combo includes a shower head, and wall-bar with handheld. Single vanity with extra linen storage available with towels for your use, along with embroidered “makeup” dark towels for makeup removal.

BALCONY: To access the balcony, simply unlock the sliding door and enjoy the fresh air! Please no smoking or grilling as this is against HOA regulations

ELECTRONICS / WIFI : Internet speed of 200MB with WIFI so multiple devices can be connected to the internet. Xfinity Stream is ready for you to watch movies and tv shows from two smart tv’s. If you prefer Netflix or Hulu, the televisions are equipped so you can sign into your personal account.
Smart TV locations are in the living room, and the master bedroom.

CHARGING DOCS : Charging dock for multiple devices available on the entertainment console located in the living room.

STAIRS : 19 steps from the parking lot, to the second level of the Endeavor.

ENTRY : Yale entry lock for easy entry (no keys to keep track of!)

PARKING LOT: Free parking (1) spot is included in your reservation. Please provide make & model of your vehicle prior to check in.

Our assigned parking space accommodates one small to mid-sized vehicle only. No large or long bed trucks, oversized vans, motorcycles, tractor trailers or U-hauls allowed. Guests who violate this house rule will be towed and lose the $500 security deposit. In addition, damage(s) to our parking sign will incur fees for repair and deducted from the security deposit.

Uber & Lyft options are a great options, just be mindful of surcharges.

☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back a full refund minus a $100 credit card processing fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance!☆☆

**Guests MUST read & accept house rules BEFORE booking

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.


The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.

-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.

The Neighborhood:
Centennial Park, the Parthenon, and Centennial SportsPlex are within easy walking or driving distance -- The condo is located in a diverse, mixed socio-economic neighborhood, as is all of Nashville. We are a BIG city, y'all!

Getting Around:
You're just a $5-7 Uber/Lyft to Lower Broadway, The Gulch, Germantown, Midtown and all the best restaurants! Surcharges will result in change of estimated pricing.

Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee
The condo is located in the city of Nashville, and is located close to the interstate. If you are a light sleeper, a white noise machine is provided.

This is a wonderfully decorated and cozy apartment. It was in a great central location to just about anywhere you want to go in Nashville. It was a perfect getaway for our sister weekend trip.

My husband and I stayed at this great location while celebrating our anniversary in Nashville. It was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed and was extremely well decorated. It was an easy Uber to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a thoughtfully appointed property with lots of extras! Very comfy bed and nice appointments throughout. The large counter in the bathroom and additional space for spreading out all of our "stuff" was a huge plus. Providing detergent for the washer was also most appreciated! Very lovely space with keyless entry and an easy to use security system. Being close to the fire station means there are some sirens at times, but it wasn't bad. Hope this property is available for our next trip back to Nashville!

What a cozy and comfortable place to stay when visiting Nashville! Becky was fabulous to work with and always got back very quickly if we had a question. The condo has a spacious bathroom and master bedroom with a large walk-in closet. The towels and linens are upgraded and there are plenty. There are extras everywhere such as soaps/shampoos, Q-tips, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc... In addition, it is a very short ride to Broadway with plenty of Ubers in the area. I cannot recommend this place enough!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights for our anniversary. The apartment was cozy and clean. The decor was warm and inviting. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They answered our questions right away. We were even provided snacks and drinks upon our arrival. The only downside was construction going on at the time...and if we could have parked a little closer to our actual apartment(not bad though) We would stay again for sure though. Thank you to our hosts 😊
