The private rooftop deck makes for a fun-filled perch any time of the day and is a great place to hang out with your friends and loved ones while admiring the skyline view.

Beautifully appointed, this family-friendly home includes two chef's dream kitchens with huge center islands anchoring the open space. Granite countertops and a coffee and cocktail bar add a real wow factor. Two elegant dining tables are seating six each. Two living rooms provide plenty of comfortable space to unwind and relax with your loved ones. Each living area is outfitted with fireplaces, a sofa, an array of chairs, flatscreen TVs, and two convenient office desk nooks.

With an enviable locale, you can enjoy quick access to upscale dining, vibrant nightlife, and all the action downtown. Explore the nearby Gulch District or 12 South with boutiques, music stores, and art galleries, or walk a half-mile to Music Row.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall, this was the worst one we have ever stayed in. The check in process was absolutely appalling. We were never provided a code originally with the check-in instructions. When we contacted guest services they were not able to provide a code either. I was told someone would be in contact with me to assist me. Once they did, they provided several wrong codes first- insisted that I was doing it wrong and then finally provided the correct code. This delayed us from entering the property by 45 minutes to check in after flying internationally. Once we were finally able to enter the property, we found the walls to be quite dented and wrecked by other guests. Any touch ups made (if any) were very poorly done. In addition, there were only 2 dish tabs and 2 laundry pods for our entire 5 day stay which housed 16 people. And they expected us to start the dishwasher with one tab on departure. The hand soap and shampoo were also empty in our bathroom. When I inquired about a late checkout, given the extremely disappointing check-in process, they informed me that late check out was available but only for a fee. No late check out would be provided (I had requested only an hour additional since the 1 hour delay for check-in). When I thought things couldn’t possibly get any worse, on our last evening before checkout, we were making our way back to the property quite late and were not able to access the house with our code anymore. The code had spontaneously changed on its own.1/2

Very disappointing

While this property is in a central location & has potential, it is very clear that the upkeep & maintenance is not happening. The most concerning issue was that the bedroom my daughter & I slept in had clear mold damage on the ceiling. Completely unacceptable & a hinderance to our health. The chair and couch covers had dirty footprints all over them. The walls need painting and have splotches on them from a crap job of touch up paint. The description is not accurate. This is actually two separate units and we were under the impression we would all be together in one house. I contacted the number provided to me via text to report the above issues, and they never responded back to me. We were so disappointed with this rental & will no longer rent vacation homes if they use vacasa.

The House is not the problem, The Management Co IS!!

The house was inaccessible the first day of our stay. The key codes provided were WRONG, which was the main complaint listed in previous reviews. The management company couldn’t have cared less. Also every review that provided feedback about paint, furniture, deck floorboards… not addressed. However overall the house was fine and a good location. I would not rent from this management company again. Insist on lockbox codes (not the door code) before you arrive.

Nice and big house in a good location

We really liked the house but did think the furniture was run down and stained. Also the whole place needs a new coat of paint. Just looks beat up. The house was clean and the beds were good. The heating situation is a little bit confusing bc it was hot on the main floor but very cold upstairs despite us changing the thermostat. The windows are drafty so this may be the cause. We also had the wrong garage code for one of the 2 places we rented which was resolved. Overall was a decent place in a good location.

Property front door code did not work we had to climb over a very dangerous rock bridge to get to the garage. All of the mattress were stained without mattress covers. Very hard to sleep because this made us feel like the place was dirty.

Convenient to Downtown! Ubers were great getting there in a few minutes. It’s a double unit so had to split up. 3 story with lots of steps!!! Both need painting not just touch up! Dishwashers need looked at as all 6 of us tried to get them started to no avail! Furniture needs cleaned but they decorated nicely, bedrooms spacious, & contemporary.. 3 bedroom units with two tub/showers & one walk in shower each unit! Kitchen had the necessary items to cook, and eat.

Disappointed

This space definitely felt worn and like a party house. I was disappointed with check in- we weren't given code and had to try several times to get accurate codes for all doors- still didn’t have both front and garage codes for both units by end of stay. Kitchens weren’t well stocked. Beds not made well- done lacking fitted sheet and/or blanket. Overall mediocre visit. I have managed a Vrbo in the past and feel these necessities shouldn’t have to be chased down. They did respond to our requests quickly which I’m grateful for.

First Bad VRBO experience!

I do not believe in writing negative reviews because most of the time they are not true. Since I travel most of the year, love to book with VRBO, and have never had a bad VRBO experience before this trip — I feel it is important to put this out there so others know. The listing is false and misleading, and the house is filthy and poorly maintained. Vacasa and VRBO do not need this house in their property inventory; and you do not want to make this property your home away from home!

Nashville is a party city, and these homes have been partied in. Check in was tough because I did not receive a pin code to unlock the homes. So we all stood in the rain until I could reach customer service and verify my reservation (about 30 minutes). Once inside we found the home clean but worn out. Stains on furniture, broken fixtures in bathroom, paint missing from walls, and generally needing a lot of maintenance and repairs. The good: beds we're clean and comfortable, house was newer, location was good, heating worked well, kitchens were very nice, and we all had a great time. So 3 stars... Meh

Excellent Property and Excellent Location

We had a group of 12 staying at the two properties beside one another. Fantastic location, an easy walk in a comfortable neighborhood. A quick 10-15 minute walk to Biscuit Love ( look it up!) or a 25 minute walk to downtown Nashville and all the sights and sounds you are anticipating on Broadway St. and the surrounding streets from Music Row to the Ryman. If not walking a cheap Taxi, Uber or Lyft is always an option. The units themselves are designed for a short term tennant. Three bedrooms all with ensuite a, so you have your own space as well as really great common areas in the large kitchen and living room combined with a large island to hang around and a roof top deck that gives you a view of the Nashville skyline with fantastic sunsets and even better sunrises. Laundry facilities in each building make it easy to pack light. We were not driving so need for parking, but there is secure indoor parking for 2 vehicles per unit if you are in the garages. There are too maby positives to mention, just a really great spot for families or for groups of friends. If we had to identify anything that could improve are slight but could be remedied easily- 1) painting - knowing these are rental units this is not a big deal- but I think they are due for an interior paint job. They appear still to have the builders grade paint and the units would show so much better. As I mentioned, not a big deal 2) the other area that would require a little more attention is cleaning. Now don't think this place is a mess, it's not, but I am sure there is not a lot of time between guests sometimes and things get missed. These units could use a really good thorough detailed cleaning, but still not a deal breaker. I expect the management company was available if we needed them as they texted for arrival and departure but we never needed them for anything, and that's a good thing. Thinks went like clockwork and we will be recommending to our friends and family that are headed to Nashville.

Girls Trip

Two separate houses with similar set up in both. Stocked very well with all your needs. The slipcovers on the living room furniture on the one house were distracting to the decor of the rest of the house. Location convenient to downtown and walkable to the Gulch.
