Location was great; close to most amenities (restaurants, stores, Costco).As we'd chosen to rent a house vs a hotel room for the comfort, we were disappointed by a few small things. There was no coffee maker, toaster, or hair dryer for guests to use. (Even a basic hotel room offers a coffee maker and hair dryer). It may seem trivial to some, but those little amenities can make a difference, especially since they're not big ticket items. Linens were nice; towels were fluffy and soft. Bed was decent; a bit on the firm side if you prefer a softer mattress.The deck was a nice size, however it did not feel very sturdy The wood seemed to be thin more like fencing vs deck boards, and felt bouncy when you walked on it. (There was no deck furniture, so we only walked out to check out the view.)Screens are missing from the living room windows so we couldn't open them to cool the house down without risking bugs/mosquitoes getting in. Bedrooms and kitchen did have window screens.Was nice and quiet. There was someone in the downstairs apartment but we never heard a sound.Overall I'd say 9/10, and I would stay here again.
