This Winnipesaukee waterfront home rests on a large lot with 200 feet of waterfront featuring a sandy beach and dock for two boats up to 24 feet in length. Step inside and you'll immediately know this is where you’ll make wonderful vacation memories. The open concept living area offers floor to ceiling windows, giving you beautiful lake views and a bright and cheery atmosphere. Dining options are plentiful with both inside and outside tables to gather for meals. The resident chef will enjoy preparing meals on the gas grill. You’ll snuggle up in the comfy seating in the main floor living room or the lower-level family room (both have large-screen TVs for streaming from your own account). In addition to the living area, the main level has 3 bedrooms, including the primary with a king bed and sitting area plus access to the lakeside deck for stargazing with a beverage once your days adventures are complete. There are two bathrooms on this floor with one offering a jetted tub and shower stall.
Up one flight you will find two more bedrooms and a half bath. The lakeside bedrooms even has its own deck from which you can enjoy a quiet moment of solitude while catching up on that novel everyone’s been talking about – or gossip magazine (we don’t judge). Are you a “mattress snob”? Well, call dibs on one of the two bedrooms featuring “sleep number” mattresses (the primary king bed and the queen on the top floor).
The lower level gives you the family room mentioned above plus a table for dining or challenging your vacation-mates to a card or board game. If you’d like to burn a few more calories, just throw down the gauntlet for a game of ping-pong (smack talk not included). Are you the musician of the group? How about entertaining everyone with a song on one of the two pianos (one being an old Steinway baby grand!) or maybe even a sing-along? Would you like to just relax and look out to the lake while sipping a cup of coffee? The screen porch is the perfect place to slip away before everyone else is awake to enjoy some quiet reflection and planning for the day.
All this and you haven’t even ventured outside yet! There you will enjoy a nice swim on a hot summer day from the sand beach or hoping into your boat to explore all Winnipesaukee has to offer with lunch or dinner at one of its many waterfront restaurants. Make sure to save room for your evening s’mores around the lakeside propane fire-pit where you’ll unplug and reconnect. Remember, today’s adventures are tonight’s fireside laughs.

Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
