The owner of the apartment we had paid for in advanced did not turn up to meet us . We had to call him and were asked to wait 2-3 hours before he could meet us . In the end he decided to give us as refund as myself and partner let him know how disappointed and dissatisfied we both were . The refund took 10 working days to reach my account, and we were stranded and had look for another apartment and pay cash for 1 week only , after a long 9 hour flight .
