Terrible communication with host. Arrived at location and he has the second floor locked with a locked code so could not use upstairs 2 bedrooms. He Charges extra for more than 4 people. We had our son and his wife and 2 y/o staying for the weekend. He first charged us 1500 for the week for them. They were only staying 3 nights. He responded after my inquiry stating he charges like a hotel. We couldn’t add that on VRBO So we kept looking but then I got a notice to book with him and I thought he waived the added fees because they would just be there for 3 days. (My fault, never assume!). Upon arrival the upstairs was locked and we could not reach him by phone or email or text even up to the next day. We were willing to pay for the 3 days but received no response. We contacted VRBO and moved on. If you only want a small 2 bedroom unit, it was very clean. However, there is still work being done surrounding the outside of the home.
