Bigger Than We Thought!

3 of us came out to race the Moab Run the Rocks race. This place was so big and clean! Loved the size of the kitchen to cook, large bathrooms and the ability to clean our dirty running clothes in the washer/dryer.

Spring Break in Moab

We visited Moab to visit the National Parks and to take a ride at Hell’s Revenge for Spring Break. It was me and my wife and 3 kids (Ages 11-17). The condo was very clean and very spacious and well stocked. Although the location is several miles south of downtown Moab, it is only a few minutes to town and still convenient. It is also close to the Sand Flats Rec area where many access the Hell’s Revenge trail. The only complaint we had was the overnight traffic noise off of the adjacent US 191. Luckily we carry ear plugs and this helped but the the condo complex is very close to the highway and some of the larger trucks down gear or use engine breaks in this area before they hit the Moab City limits. Other than that we would recommend staying here.

The property was as expected and the check in and check out were incredibly simple, which we loved. My one complaint was really the one-ply toilet paper, which is so incredibly cheap and tacky that it's hard to think a place that was over $300 a night would find it acceptable.

This property was perfect for our family vacation to the Southwest. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were terrific. The decor was fun. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice and Clean

Overall stay was good; the condo is modern and about 10 min from downtown Moab. 15 min to entrance of Arches. Can easily accommodate 2 couples or a family of 4. One thing to note - the ice maker in the fridge isn’t working and we contacted the property manager but didn’t hear anything back so we bought a 10lb bag from the local gas station - which was a minor annoyance given it’s extremely hot these days.

No One To Contact! Stay Away From VACASA

I should have known to not continue with the booking for this house because, before I even arrived, I never received any replies to any email questions. That was the first indication. Upon my arrival, during Covid-19, I anticipated that the house would be sparkling clean. That was not the case. I had to wipe down a refrigerator with smudge and hand prints, clean food particles out of the dishwasher, go to the store and purchase bleach to wash the towels (one had a blood stain on it), wash the coffer pitcher that had crusted dried coffee, and my husband had to tighten the oven door handle. Additionally, the hot tub didn't work at the property. It's a shame that the cleanliness of the place disappointed because the beds were comfortable. I would just warn you that if you want a vacation home then expect to clean and sanitize, otherwise if you don't want to spend your vacation cleaning, don't bother here.

Nice place in Moab

This was a nice place to stay, although a bit out of town. We knew that going in, so no surprise. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had things we needed. Didn't realize it was on the third floor, but that was fine for us.

Great place to stay

Condo was very clean and smelled new. The decor was cute as can be and the king sized bed was very comfy. The washer wasn't working when we got here so I called and the service was very prompt. They ended up having to order a part so were not being able to use the washer, but they refunded us $150! I have never had such good service in a rental. I would absolutely recommend this place!
