This luxury Eleventh floor condo has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and is just a short walk to the beach. This condo offers 732 square feet of living space to sleep five comfortably. Not only is the home beautifully furnished, the condo also offers upscale wood floors in the living and bedroom and ceramic tile flooring throughout the rest of the condo.
The living area offers a comfortable sofa sleeper, beautifully coordinated furnishings, and a large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all the housewares and appliances you will need for meal preparation. There are also three bar stools for casual dining at the breakfast bar. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom right next to the kitchen for your added convenience.
The master bedroom features a King size bed, a beautiful hardwood headboard, designer bedding, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. The one and a half “Jack n Jill” style bathroom is accessible from the hall as well as the master bedroom and offers a hairdryer for your convenience. The bunk beds are built into the hallway and feature two twin beds with cozy bedding.

Great view, some updates needed

Took a chance on this unit and enjoyed the view. Didn't realize how awkward the bathroom situation was until we actually got there - a half bath off the master goes through to another full bath. Odd. We were disappointed to find out it was managed by SRI. If your familiar with Seascape that's a con (for us). We didn't notice until the next morning that the bed had no fitted sheet on it but we called the management office and a housekeeper brought one up right away. The lamp next to the TV was broken and unusable. The wicker patio chairs were not in the best condition and may need replaced soon. The lighting in the bedroom was terrible. I suggest switching to daylight bulbs. And I would have expected a ceiling fan in the living room. Showering was also an adventure. Someone had partially unscrewed the shower head from the wall so water went everywhere the first time I showered. Secondly, I'm not sure if it was having the exhaust fan on, or if the AC was on or even because the door was open but the shower liner would not stay put. It kept blowing into the shower and I wrestled with it the entire shower. The unit needs a heavier shower liner and preferably a shower curtain. Husband is a contractor and said there are minor signs of water damage. So while we enjoyed the view and got a deal not sure we'd stay in this unit again as there are others for nearly the same price that seem better maintained.

Would come back again, and again...and again!

This lovely condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. New appliances, comfortable furnishing, flat screens with cable and DVD/ Blu ray as promised on VRBO. And then the view and location!! You won't be disappointed.
