We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The location was excellent—close to everything we needed and perfect for exploring the area. The home itself had plenty of space, making it ideal for families. The outdoor area was roomy and well-utilized, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.Inside, the decor was lovely and inviting, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The provided golf carts were a great addition and made getting around easy, though they may need a front-end check as they felt a bit bouncy.A couple of small areas for improvement: the carpet in the bedrooms is showing some wear and may be due for replacement. That said, these were minor issues in an otherwise fantastic stay. We would definitely return and recommend this home to others!

The outside of the home definitely needs cleaning. Our first impression of the place was the front door and front porch and it was filthy. The outdoor living area was too dirty to enjoy so we didn't even touch the grill or furniture. There were a lot of broken items (dishwasher, kitchen table, and bed) throughout the home. The bunk bed broke on the first night of our stay. The rental company sent someone the next morning to make emergency repairs, which was helpful. The home has a great layout and is situated in the perfect spot. It's just not kept up very well.

The location is convenient to the beach and stores and the golf cart makes it easy so you don’t have to drive a car. The check in and check out processes were seamless.I was disappointed at the lack of cleanliness of the property. There were crumbs in the couch, the kitchen floor was dirty, there were bugs/insects stuck to all entry way doors, and the back patio furniture was filthy! On top of that, I found a total of 3 roaches!! The carpet in the bedrooms were very dirty.I contacted the property owner immediately and they were very nice and responsive, but it did not fix all the issues we endured. They had someone from the cleaning crew that showed up with a spray bottle…lol I asked for sheets to throw over the patio furniture, but that was all she did or could do for the furniture. All the cushions need to be replaced. We had already picked up the crumbs, she did not sweep the kitchen and she said the homeowner needs to pressure wash the home.The dishwasher also did not work, but they told us that prior to checking in.The property is nice, but it needs a lot of TLC.

Family Beach Trip

The location of this home is perfect. Quick access to shopping, food, pools, beach, wharf, and much more. The property was not as clean as we would have hoped for. The outdoor kitchen area would be so great except it was very dirty and definitely not clean enough to cook on. Inside there were light bulbs missing and light fixtures that did not work. The living room fan did not work and we were told a work order was put in, but this was never addressed. The AC had an extremely hard time keeping up when the oven was on. At one point, it was 80 degrees in the house. The master shower had mildew. The other en suite bathroom had dirty streaks running down the walls. Every rug in the house needs to be replaced as they are worn down and past the point of return. Overall, the house was spacious and had everything we needed. The golf carts were a huge perk and we used them a lot. Would love to stay here again if some of the indoor issues were addressed!
