This apartment features direct access to the Fiserv Forum through an attached skywalk, a rooftop patio with skyline views, a fitness center, lounge, and more.

The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Fitness center, rooftop patio and lounge, in-unit laundry, and smart TV with Chromecast

Business-Travel Ready:
Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, iron, Keurig, and more

Location:
- Connected to the Fiserv Forum through an enclosed skywalk
- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University
- Walkable to the Deer District, Water St. bars, and Pabst Brewery District

Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured parking garage (the 5th Street Parking Structure) which has direct and enclosed access to the building. Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events)
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 8'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
- Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

Discounts:
- Book directly on the Flexhome website to save up to 20%

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification and pay $200 refundable security deposit
House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only and no booking on behalf of others
5. $50 charge per item for unreturned fob or parking pass

Stayed here for a concert and very happy with our choice!! Within walking distance of eating and shopping. Felt safe walking even at night. Easy check in and check out. Having parking in the garage is a huge bonus as well as the skywalk to convert venue. Quiet room, nice view, large bathroom and shower, full kitchen and laundry. I would definitely stay here again! Only con is the bed was very soft and rolled us to the middle.

This is a great place for a couple to stay at. It is located right across the street from the Fiserv Forum which is where the Bucks play. Parking in the garage at the end of the block was pretty easy. It has the rare combination of a parking place and the ability to walk around to a bunch of attractions close by. We didn't really notice any noise from the outside unless a firetruck was going by with its sirens. The place was clean and had what we needed. No complaints.

Spotlessly clean and convenient stay option in Milwaukee! The parking was perfect. Only issue was broken window latch so the highway noise was a bit loud. Other than that, very lovely and comfortable.

I am a single business traveler and this was the perfect spot for me. I have actually stayed here a couple times now. Clean, modern, and in a great building. The host is very helpful and responsive. Parking included is a great amenity, but the location is also walkable to many great spots in the city.

Very nice apartment with many amenities, including great/close/safe parking. The whole place is very safe. We stay here for Bucks games. We can wait in the apartment up until the lines go down and simply take the skywalk almost to our seats. Never have to go outside in the cold.
