Guest will have access the entire property with the exception of the locked vendor closet in the hallway. Guests will not have access to the outdoor shed.

Misty Cove is in a PRIME location. There is a gas station 30 seconds from the property. Kroger is 5 minutes away. Dining options are 5-10 minutes away. GCSU and GMC are 15 minutes away from the property. Boat rental companies are also minutes away!

This property has a max capacity of 6 guests, 3 vehicles and 1 boat trailer. This is not a pet friendly home.
