The people who run this property are on top of it. They are responsive and attentive. It took us a bit to figure out that the heater was on and that's why we were roasting, despite the fact that we had turned all the thermostats way down. The breakfast lasts a long time and there are so many things to choose from. Our kids felt right at home! They even offered to make scrambled eggs for our kids!
The online pictures were taken at an angle, so you don't see the front door to the "townhouse". The front door is a section of a solid glass wall, similar to a storefront, directly on the street. They have blackout curtains so that you have privacy, but it makes the room very dark. Your entrance is situated on a full street, so you hear people, scooters, and cars all night long. It wasn't horribly awful because we were so exhausted having just arrived from the stated, but had we been well rested the noise would have been an issue.
We were told there were two twin beds and a queen, so we figured a couch folded out or something in the other room. Nope. THey two beds were pushed together, under a single nightstand from the wall which meant we could not separate them, which defeated the purpose of the two beds for our kids.
The kitchen was a cabinet/armoir against the wall, which was fine, but any longer than 2 days & it would have been a problem. The main bedroom lights and neon blue lights for both bedrooms were on the same switch=fun for kids but not parents.
