Three Night Summer Min!!

Located in the gorgeous Shoreland Hills neighborhood of Michigan City, IN stands this beautifully appointed home. Welcome to Eagle's Nest Beach House! This three bedroom, two and a half bath home is the perfect getaway for your next vacation. Just a five-minute walk away from your private association beach (Stop 31), Eagle's Nest is also set back in a quiet wooded lot. Listen to the sounds of nature out on your expansive back deck while drinking that morning cup of coffee. Cook your dinner on the outdoor gas grill.

The main floor of home has fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, half bath, family room, as well as dining room with seating for eight or more. Electric fireplace in the family room off of the kitchen. The second floor has three bedrooms. Primary bedroom with a king bed with ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom two has one queen bed and lounging couch and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. Full bathroom in hallway for these two bedrooms to share.

Lower level includes a casual seating/hang out area with TV, standing desk and monitor, ping-pong table, car parking and Tesla EV charger. Basketball hoop outside. Eagle's Nest Beach House also supplies beach towels, wagon, beach chairs, kiddy life jackets, umbrella, floaties and more for fun in the sun.

**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement where additional rules apply.

**Minimum age of 25 years to rent.

**Maximum 4 car parking.

trip to the beach

it was perfect for our bunch. wife was not happy about the dishwasher. but thats just one of those things that happens.all the towels, the wagons to take to the beach, everything we needed was right there. games plenty to keep kids busy. large deck cooked out. over all we are happy with it. the only thing that could make it better is if it was mine. oh the deer walking through was awesome kids loved it. thanks agin

Family trip

Great property in a wonderful neighborhood close to the beach. Would rent again and recommend! Check-in is late and check out is early and confusing because it’s in EST, even though the property is in CST. Appreciate them allowing us an early check in!

Perfect Lake Get Away!

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Exactly as listed and pictured in the description and very clean. We had kids ranging in age from 2-14 and the short 5-minute walk to the beach was great! Really liked having the wagons and extra beach toys to use as well. Kids enjoyed table tennis and basketball while we cooked dinner in fully stocked kitchen. We will be back for sure!

A fantastic Long Beach stay!

We absolutely loved the home! Very comfortably decorated. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels in all the baths. Beds are very cozy. The deck is so spacious and nicely shaded with trees. We found plenty of beach chairs, toys, rafts in the garage and a handy wagon to get it all down to the beach. This house satisfied all our needs and was so close to the beach we never missed a sunset. We will definitely be back!

Loved the house and the beach!

House was great, exactly as described. It was perfect for two families, which included young kids. The private beach access was amazing, just a 5 minute walk from the house. This was perfect for a relaxing vacation!

Great mini-vacation

Property did not disappoint - very accuarte to photos. Well furnished, very nice applicances, updated downstairs space and well stocked with towels, beach items, etc. Location can not be beat - super easy and scenic walk to beach, total of 6 minutes from door to sand! Very nice place to stay with family!

A Beautiful Place

Pictures do not do this place any justice! What a beautiful location with extremelly easy access to a private beach. We were traveling from Colorado to meet up with more family in Chicago, but wanted a getaway not too far. This was our choice and we are so happy we found it! Nicely cleaned and set up for our 2 families. Plenty of towels for the house and the beach too. We were lucky enough to get to the beach 3 days and loved the wagon, umbrella, chairs, and kids toys that were at the house. We enjoyed some of the recommendations that were left for us in a binder, and easy access to everything. A few of us also loved the nice daily runs we took along Lake Shore Drive. Great communication from rental owners/company as well. They kept us informed and there were no surprises with our stay.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful time, beautiful house, the porch is in a wooded area, it is large and has just perfect tables on it to have some coffee, wine, beer and chit chat. The beach is just a short walk, with a wagon to carry the chairs and cooler in to enjoy your time on the beach. (They provided these items.) The owner has informational books they put together with guidance on about anything around town. We enjoyed the small art museum which was no mentioned. It is free and just a pleasure. We were so relaxed after this trip, it was hard to go back to reality.
