A full kitchen plus an additional kitchen/bar area give larger groups extra refrigeration, preparation space and flexibility.

Whether you're making breakfast before the beach, preparing drinks and snacks, ordering in or arranging a private-chef experience, having two kitchen areas makes group stays much easier.

Kitchen amenities include cooking appliances, refrigerator/freezer space, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, Nespresso, cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils.

OPTIONAL NEARBY ROOFTOP POOL
Paid day passes may be available at the independently operated Tiffany rooftop pool approximately a short walk from the property.
Pool access is not included with your rental and pricing and availability are controlled by the independent venue.


GOOD TO KNOW
• Some bedrooms are compact. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have private doors, and some walls have Art Deco glass-block panels that let light through. Please review the photo tour and floor plan so your group can pick the right setup.
• The unit is on one of the higher floors, tucked away from street noise.
• Parking is not included. Metered street parking is outside and a public garage is about 1 block away.
• Birthdays, family gatherings and wedding groups are welcome within the house rules, building rules and occupancy limits. No disruptive parties or open-invite events.
• No pets. No smoking. Minimum age to rent: 18. Check-in after 5:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM.
