- Early/late Check in: We try to accommodate based on availability, early check-in and late check-out whenever possible at an additional fee of $30.00 each.

- Miami Climate: Our apartment is in a warm, humid city. While the property is professionally treated monthly to keep pests out, we cannot guarantee you won't encounter any insects during your stay.

- Laundry Service: You'll have access to the coined operated washer and dryer in the building. Should any issues arise with the shared washer or dryer, a technician will be dispatched at their earliest availability.

- Water: Our equipped kitchen includes a water filter for your daily use.

-- Neighborhood: This apartment is located in a residential area where roosters are common. They may make noise, particularly in the early morning hours. This is outside of our control and part of the local environment. By booking, guests acknowledge this possibility.

- Please note that the flooring has some visible marks from adhesive used during a past laminate repair. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the cleanliness or comfort of the space.
