The 2brm unit was well appointed. Bathroom basin requires replacing, cracked. Crockery and cutlery were not very clean. Wi-Fi kept dropping out, difficult to work online. Barking dogs in the building. Overall, great location and easy to access.

The apartment location is convenient and has everything you need nearby. However, the apartment is dark and has limited natural light and airflow. The only window looks out onto and internal courtyard which was undergoing works while we were there. Scaffolding was being erected which was loud and created lots of foot traffic outside the one external window/door withany construction workers able to look directly into the lounge and kitchen ares. The bed in the main bedroom was incredibly creaky and moved around so much that it impacted our sleep. There is poor phone reception in the apartment, and none at all in second bedroom. Similarly, the internet was very patchy and unreliable meaning that I was unable to work from the apartment.

The unit was ideal for the purpose, clean, convenient and met our needs. Good pubs and bars in close proximity. I would highly recommend this property when staying in Fitzroy North.

The apartment was modern and well equipped. Small but had everything we needed for our stay and in a great neighbourhood. Only a few minutes walk to the tram. Check in was very easy and accommodated leaving our bags at the apartment before check in.

Bathroom basin blocked Mould in shower Several light globes not working No clothes dryer Small outdoor terrace unusable as dirty, full of leaves and overgrown Bed..had to climb in from the end and sleep against the wall… not pleasant Double check front door latch is closed..tricky Perfect location for our visit..main reason why we chose the accommodation

Well situated. Comfortable. Easy access for over 80 year-olds. Well appointed. Would have appreciated provision of salt and pepper, cooking oil, and cold water jug in the fridge. Or otherwise indication in write-up that this stuff is not provided - including bath soap. However, we had a comfortable stay and will come again.
