Arrived, in a blizzard, just a few minutes after the designated check-in time only to find TC Motel doesn't actually have an office in their building. You're directed to go across the street, in a blizzard, and get a room at the TC Motel from the EconoLodge desk. But, there was no one at the desk when I arrived - after driving thorough a blizzard to get there at the check-in time advertised. Another client of theirs was on his 3rd visit to the desk as he couldn't get his room key to open his suite - in a BLIZZARD! No one answered the phone number I had for the TC Motel. The business cards for the EconoLodge manager were printed with a number that was no longer in service. The 1-800 customer service number I called was completely useless as they just referred me to another department that wouldn't answer unless you'd already checked in and were given a code to punch into your phone.
I was there for a FUNERAL! My sister had DIED! They KNEW IT! I have a HUGE family and LOTS of friends in Medicine Hat. EVERYONE knows NOT to refer their guests to TC Motel or the EconoLodge next door! Heartless jerks!
