Beautiful Quiet Country Home. Close to Beaches and DT Meaford!

This adorable home is situated in a quiet neighbourhood on a beautiful 2-acre lot. Designed with a wrap around porch, the most perfect summer days can be spent listening to the nature surrounding you while hosting a little BBQ lunch on the back patio. Inside the home, is a beautifully renovated main space with all the amenities. The fully equipped kitchen flows through to a large round dining table and a unique breakfast bar. The nice size living room has a large sectional and 2 arm chairs. The cabin room is located in the newly renovated basement alongside the gym and laundry room. Each bedroom is equipped with storage, a 32" TV with Chromecast to stream your favourite shows and movies. The farmhouse bedroom is located on the upper level with an adjacent bathroom.


This property is so serene day and night. It is located only 5 minutes away from downtown Meaford. The area has many dining choices including one of the best restaurants in Canada, Hearts, only located 15 minutes away in Kimberley. This area has so much to offer, beautiful Georgian Bay views, beaches, cute towns, great restaurants, and endless activities for the adventurer in you.

Bike Trail

My husband and I bicycle quite a bit. We enjoyed the Bike Trail that started in Meaford and would go all the way to Stayner. The cottage was pristine and we found things easily. We love the wraparound deck. Very quiet and calm atmosphere.

Christmas in the Country

My husband, our adult son and I came to the area for a Christmas Ski Getaway. We stayed in Mia's beautiful home and it was absolutely amazing. Mia had decorations up which really made the Christmas spirit come alive. The home is well thought out and extremely clean. The coffee machine is amazing and the kitchen is well stocked with a full refrigerator (which has a deepfreeze). The skihill was only 30 minutes away which was fine for us. Mia has a binder which gives information of local restaurants and attractions which is very useful. We enjoyed a winter fire in the evening one night. Our son taught us how to play backgammon. It was a wonderful family getaway and we didn't have to worry about a thing as Mia's home has it all.

Work trip to Meaford

Absolutely beautiful cottage with lots of privacy, just a minute or two from the centre of Meaford!! A very quiet and relaxing place to unwind after work each evening. Mia was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with.

Serene and beautiful

This was the perfect place to get away from the city for a few days. The cottage is lovely -- spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous wraparound deck, where we spent much of our time just enjoying the birds and the breeze. Thanks to our host, Mia -- we loved our stay here and look forward to returning soon!

Quiet getaway

The home and property were beautiful - clean, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. The appliances were in perfect working order. The location was quiet and easy to drive to. All in all, it was a lovely place to stay and a convenient starting point to explore a scenic area of Ontario.

Bruce Trail Hikers!

Perfect location to jump on southern portion of Sydenham Club section of Bruce Trail. House is freshly renovated, if not new. Zero issue stay!

Serene, beautifully decorated

The house is really nice, beautifully decorated. Wrap around porch was great, quiet, great place for morning coffee, you could hear the birds singing! Short drive to town, great central location to a variety of destinations. Loved it!!
